Chapter 2... Introduction-
y/n's pov:

"Who are you?"
I turned around very fast. Do people not have manners? I examined the "person" behind me. The very first thing i noticed, is their not human. But a Cat. He was purple and a few inches taller then me. "Hello??? are you gonna answer me , or just stare at me?!" The purple creature shouted. That made me snap out of my thoughts. "Oh! i'm so sorry. My name is y/n!"
I said cheerfully, he just kinda gave me a dirty look after that. I forced a smile on my face. "Soo, who are you?" i asked . "Don't worry about who I am, just don't bother me and don't mess up anything around HERE." The purple cat yelled at me. It kinda made me flinch. "Gosh , okay..." I replied. He studied my face for a moment. Then suddenly He shoved me out the way and left the building. "You literally said something to me first..." i mumbled to myself.
As i left the building, i was amazed by what i seen. Everything was so colorful and peaceful. "Hey you!" A voice yelled. I looked around to see where that voice came from. I walked down some steps , then I seen a tall figure run up to me. "Hey sorry to startle you! are you the new employee?!" They said out of breathe but yet with excitement. I studied them a few seconds before replying. They were the same height as the cat, but orange, and had a sun charm around their neck. "Yeah! Uh who are you?" i asked . "I'm Dogday, What's your name??!". Dogday is such a cute name. "I'm y/n! it's nice to meet you!" We both exchanged smiles and handshakes. "Well y/n, let me show you around! I seen f/n walk you in, but i don't think they showed you around fully." . I nodded my head in respond....
We both got to know each other more and the other characters. I found out the cats name. His name is Catnap.
"Catnap is a very quiet person. He can be very rude at first, but he'll get used to you! These past few days, he seemed more meaner then usual. But anyways-"
That's how Dogday described him. He never really said much about Catnap though, he just mainly talked about the others. Is Catnap really like this? Do people really let him treat them like that? "Y/n are you hungry? thirsty? Oh! i can bring you to the others if you like!!" Damn this dog is very energetic... "Uh, i'll love to meet the others !!" I say with some excitement. This is gonna be a long day.....
*(Time skip ...)*
"This is home sweet home! This is where me and the gang usually hangout! so if you need anything , just come here!" Dogday explained. "Okay cmon, we have to meet the others!!!" Then he grabbed my wrist and dragged me inside. The place had a very welcoming and comforting feeling. He started explaining how everything works, certain times for important things, and more.
I instantly got along with everyone else! I met Bubba bubbaphant, Bobby bearhug, Craftycorn, Hoppy hopscotch, picky piggy, and kickin' chicken! They were all very welcoming and very sweet!! I say, me and Dogday gotten along better. I noticed everyone kinda got their own charms. That reminds me, Catnap had a moon charm! Through the whole 'meet and greet', i noticed that Catnap wasn't here. Do they really leave him out? or he just doesn't like me?.. I don't know what but for some reason, i kinda got an unsettling feeling. i ignored it obviously. i mean, i just had to get used to the place, that's all!!.....

Y/n...
She was strange....
From my observation, she was a very open and outgoing person. She gotten along with everyone else very easily. Just not me. I don't even know if i can trust her yet! but everyone else trusted her instantly!? I'm just looking out for everyone else. I mean she can betray us anytime! what if she's trying to gain our trust, then try to destroy all of us! i have to warn the others.
*( time skip to midnight)*
Y/n shift was over, everyone was in bed. but usually, me and the critters stay up a little bit longer. i never really talked, i just listened. Nobody really cared for what i had to say. I mean, besides one but anyways.
"Y/n is very sweet, i like her!" Hoppy says
"She is! Hopefully she comes back tomorrow." Bobby says
"Yeah, but i'm definitely her favorite." Kickin' says with confidence.
"She's very beautiful. and very sweet.." Dogday was kinda blushing.
everyone looked at him and teased him. i just sat there and listened. Hearing everything was just making me frustrated. I don't like y/n, and i don't think i ever will!
"Catnap, what do you think of y/n so far? she said something about you." Dogday questioned.
"I don't think she's trustworthy." i say in a dark tone everyone looked at me , interested to what i have to say for the first time in forever. it was weird being the center of attention now.
"Ha! what makes you say that?!" Kickin laughed and said
"We just met her, it doesn't mean we trust her INSTANTLY!" I try making a point
"I think your just paranoid Catnap. you don't even know her!" Hoppy stated.
everyone just nodded in agreement.
* (Time skip)*
It was about 1:40 A.M, everyone was basically going to bed by now. As i was about to head into my room, Dogday stopped me. "Hey catnap, can we talk?" He asked "Um sure." We both go in my room and i slightly closed my door incase anyone is awake and doesn't hear our conversation. "So what's up?" I asked out of curiosity. "So about y/n.."- oh my fucking gosh. "Can you please just try to get along with her? out of all of the other co-workers, you don't get along with them." i just stared at him in disgust. "Are you serious?." I say in a stern voice. "yes Catnap! She is actually very helpful and good with the kids and others! the employees weren't never that helpful. i mean, cmon just give her a chance." He states. I just stay silent. "*sigh*, cmon buddy. I know you think she's gonna betray us but , she genuinely seems caring." .... "I don't know Dogday! is this all you have to say?" He sighs in reply. "You know what Catnap? Be that way then, I'll show you i'm not wrong." Then he leaves the room.
There's no way i'm gonna get along with her.
Why does everyone like her more? we just met her.
