I kept turning back to see if P Aim was ok as he continued making his way to the bar to get more beers.

Just then, I saw that asshole again! He was slinking his way up to P Aim. This fucker! I stood up, about to go to the bar when Park held onto my hand.

"Hey.. guess.. "

I told Park I will be back and just shrugged him off, quickly striding towards the bar.

"I told you to lay off him!" I roared! Aim turned, shocked to hear my voice and saw that the guy was about to touch him again. Before I could even take a step forward, Aim had punched that guy!

I was stunned. Aim threw him another punch and told him to lay off.

"He already told you to lay off. Just because I didn't react the first time doesn't mean I will not. Fuck off." He pissed off angrily. I looked at Aim, proud as hell. I walked over to Aim who just coolly collected his bucket of beers then. I took it from him and held onto his hand with my free hand.

We went back to the table and everyone was just gaping over the scene that just took place. We sat down and P Aim filled everyone in on what had happened earlier. Everyone was super annoyed and Kong even wanted to go give him a piece of his mind but Aim held him back, saying enough damage has been done. Everyone nodded then soon settled back into their own conversations.

Finally P Aim looked at me.

"Erm Forth..."

"Yes P? And before you say it, you are welcome. You don't have to keep thanking me. And you did great this time, too."

Aim just laughed at me but tugged at my hand, signalling that I was still holding onto his. I blushed outright. I was so embarrassed! I grimaced as I pulled my hand away. Aim just patted me, muttering thanks and went back to his beers.

I watched quietly for the rest of the night as he chatted with the rest. Around 2am, we all decided to leave, feeling extremely exhausted. As we all had drunk, we decided to cab home instead.

Park and Kong went off without even asking if I wanted a ride given I stay in the same dorm as Park. This idiot! He will get it from me tomorrow.

Aim looked at me and offered me a ride. I nodded. We went to wait for a cab at the taxi stand while trying to call for one via the app simultaneously. I saw P Aim keep rubbing his eyes subconsciously as he was tired. I pulled him towards me and he looked at me in surprise.

"Just rest on my shoulders for a bit P as we wait for a cab."

P Aim looked at me but finally nodded and rested his head on my shoulder. I just inched in closer to him as I continued looking for a cab for us. Finally, we got one at the stand itself and boarded it. I told the driver to drop him off first and then head on to my dorm.

The ride was silent as Aim was sleeping. The driver kept glancing at us and smiled.

"Erm Khun, is everything ok? You keep looking at us."

"Ah no boy, you two look so sweet together. And you are very nice too. Dropping your boyfriend off first though we will reach your dorm first."

"Ah Khun, he isn't my boyfriend. We..we are friends. He's my senior."

"It's ok boy. Nowadays it's common and uncle is open minded. My son is gay too but has a very sweet boyfriend like you too."

I internally face palmed unable to stop this uncle. I just nodded and looked over at Aim who, thankfully was still sleeping. Thank God. I cannot imagine if he had heard the conversation. It will be so embarrassing.

Soon we reached Aim's dorm and I woke him up gently. He nodded, thanking me for the ride and left. He told me to let him know on his share for the ride. I nodded and waved him off, asking him to be careful. He just nodded and went off.

The uncle was about to drive off but I asked if he could wait for a bit till I just made sure I could see Aim going to the lift and into it. The uncle cheerfully agreed! Once I saw Aim go into the lift, we finally left.

The ride was silent, just punctuated by my silent thoughts swirling over Aim oddly.
