SARAJEVSKA METALNA INDUSTRIJA

16:33PMThe man's limp hand hit the ground softly, Katherine ensuring his fall was silent as she withdrew her hand from the pressure point that had rendered him unconscious.
He wasn't dead—none of them were. Every target she'd "taken out" was merely knocked out, left breathing but unaware.
Viktor Kazimir's hired security seemed more like an afterthought than a real threat.
Katherine couldn't decide if her skills had sharpened to a near-perfect edge or if these guards had seriously exaggerated on their résumés.Either way, they were offering little resistance, falling far too easily under her hands.
Raindrops drummed softly against the metal roof, their rhythm steady as puddles formed on the floor beneath the gaps above.
The gentle sound masked her movements, allowing Katherine to glide silently through the abandoned building."Princess? What's the status on the security detail?" Albert - Blaze's voice crackled in her earpiece, dripping with impatience.
Katherine's face tightened with irritation at his incessant nagging.Katherine exhaled softly, then tapped her earpiece, her voice low and controlled. "Two hostiles guarding an entry point. Target likely behind the door. I can neutralize them—moving in."
"Hurry," Blaze's voice came through, terse and impatient. Katherine grit her teeth, resisting the urge to snap back. She couldn't help but wonder what he was actually doing—so far, she'd been the only one taking out any of the security.
There were four operators assigned to this mission, though Katherine had no doubt that every word spoken through their earpieces was being monitored by those back at base—her father included.
The team in the field consisted of herself, Blaze, Raven, Reaper and Bolt.
Raven was stationed outside on standby, while Blaze, Reaper and Bolt were supposedly inside the building.Yet from where Katherine stood, it seemed like she was the only one actually doing anything, as Blaze, Reaper and Bolt had been frustratingly quiet on the action front.
Most likely following her father's orders.
Katherine crouched low in the shadows, evaluating the two guards standing side by side at the door.
She moved swiftly, her eyes locked on the first guard.
She was within striking distance before he could even turn his head. With a sharp jab to the throat, she cut off his breath in an instant, and as he gasped for air, she grabbed his collar, pulling him down with her other hand, slamming his head silently into the ground.
Before the second guard could process what was happening.
Katherine swiftly launched herself into a handstand, wrapping her legs tightly around his head. She twisted her body, using her weight to pull him off balance and slam him to the ground.
