As Surak blinked open his eyes rapidly, a tall brown-Ish orange striped tom stood before him with other cats he could hear that were behind the tom that were asking questions. Surak wobbled and fully blinked as his vision cleared. Creek was asking questions about Sini to another she-cat. Lime must have been with Sini. Surak blinked in confusion.
"Where are we?" Surak groaned. Rain rolled her eyes.
"I thought you said it wouldn't pull us in." Rain growled.
"Where's MountianCreek?" DawnThorn asked.
"Back here. With Sini and Lime." Creek answered. The tom mumbled something to a she-cat behind him.
"Take it easy." The tom nodded.
"I will look after them. I will inform you when they are rested and ready." Creek nodded to the tom.
"Who are you warriors? We have not seen much clan cats since the monster..." The tom murmured.
"I'm DawnThorn this is HawkTail, TurtleJaw, VampireTooth, MountianCreek and HollowWood." DawnThorn finished.
"Very well. You must be on a long journey. I will get the mediator." The tom sighed and padded away; a small ginger she-cat with a large German Shepard padded in his place. TurtleJaw jumped and skittered out the den with Creek following after him.
"No need to be scared. He is my helper." The she-cat explained. MountianCreek raised his head and jumped excitedly.
"Rocky!" He barked at the dog, using hand gestures.
"You can speak dog?" DawnThorn asked.
"Mhm! I was raised with them!" MountianCreek chirped.
"Wow! You can convince TurtleJaw to stop being such a scaredy cat." DawnThorn giggled. DawnThorn led TurtleJaw back to the cave with Creek.
"You all are here at the puddle where sunlight reflects." The she-cat bowed her head. "Surak and Rain...come with me." The she-cat nodded and the two padded off. MountianCreek used hand gestures.
"He's saying we have to follow him."
"What!? Follow a dog? That's absurd!" VampireTooth interjected.
"Come on! It'll be fun! Plus MountianCreek can speak dog." HollowWood smiled.
"I guess." VampireTooth sighed.
"So why do we have to follow you?" MountianCreek barked. The dog barked back. "Really?" MountianCreek blinked. "He's leading us to...a group of cats. Called the Moon group." MountianCreek answered.
"Well its not necessarily called the Moon group is more called-" Creek murmured before getting interrupted.
"HURRY UP SLOW POKE!" Lime screamed as the group padded off, following the dog. Well more of like following Creek. They arrived at a certain looking camp with a rock shaped like the head of a grizzly bear. Creek, Sini, and Lime all bowed once seeing the rock. The rest of the cats seemed confused but did the same. A dark brownish old tabby she-cat emerged from the bushes. Her dark blue eyes glowing in the darkness. She dipped her head to, Lime, Sini and Creek.
"Lyre." Sini dipped his head in a greeting.
"What brings you and these newcomers to our home?" She hissed. MountianCreek stepped forward.
"We come in peace." He bowed his head. "We just need help. All of us do." He stated calmly.
"Explain." She growled, clearly short-tempered.
"Us cats have come on a very long journey. Our clans are in need of desperate help. We were hoping some other clans could help us. We have a flooding problem. Its affecting our prey and soon we might all die. Our clans could fall in an instant second from a flood." MountianCreek explained.
"We don't know what's causing your flood problem. We cannot help you. Try asking the Earth or Water Leagues for your problem. Earth is having the same issue." The she-cat bowed her head and disappeared. MountianCreek looked back at everyone else.
"Well?" DawnThorn raised a brow.
"What do we do?" TurtleJaw asked.
"I say we go to Earth. Follow by Lime's lead. His way is clearly safer." MountianCreek nodded. Everyone agreed.
"THANK YOU! FINALLY!" Lime sighed. They all followed the small black tom who lead them up the mountain. Two cats emerged from a cave within the mountain. A Tall brown striped tabby tom with green eyes and white paws, and a small gray and white speckled she-cat with one blue eye and one light green eye.
"Lime." The gray tom bowed his head.
"Who's the head of this joint. It better be one of you guys." The she-cat growled. MountianCreek stepped forward.
"I am. We are in need of help. We all come in peace." MountianCreek bowed his head and explained his issue.
"We have the same issue. Maybe I can get one of you to help. Woodpecker will show to Deer." The she-cat bowed her head. Sini and Creek sighed and followed the she-cat.
"Come." Woodpecker nodded and leaded the cats through the mountain pass. The cats talked to Deer, their leader while Sini and Creek were getting dirty trying to help with the flooding situation. The problem was Earth had that huge lake that took up half the territory that's flooding to the rest of the forest. As well as more rain. Sini and Creek finished their work for now and followed the she-cat into the mountain pass to meet Deer and the rest of the group.
"Well. If your really struggling with this flooding situation. Your only option is to move. Temporarily of course. You could move up to the mountains. That's where they get the least rain. And you could rely on birds and fish for food. Fish lingerie down near the water anyways now because of food for them." Deer explained.
"And that's our ONLY option?" MountianCreek asked, his brows furrowing as he considered Deer's proposition.
"Unless you got better ideas. No." Deer shook his head.
"Very well. Is there any other leagues that live up in the mountains?" Mountain asked.
"Some do. But there's multiple mountain ranges with a ton of land for you guys to live on so I'm sure it will be fine. Especially if you have a good reason." Deer shrugged.
"Very well. Thank you." MountianCreek bowed his head and the cats left.
"Lets go home..." He smiled.
