Arth handed a mask to Valt before he made his way toward the horror, he covered the front in blood, leaving a hand mark on it. He inhaled head up and exhaled head down, hurried in the unknown looking at the sidewalk for anyone, he looked at all the bodies disposed in a mess from afar but didn't notice those close, didn't look at his feet and slipped on a head, fell torso first in a blood puddle, the whole front of his outfit covered in blood, he rolled and sat in.

Valt: What did i slip on?

He looked at his feet and froze seeing the head rolling again in front of him, the bone visible on his side it stopped with the head looking at him, he crawled backward and felt something sticky behind his left hand, he turned around at it to see the body it was connected to, he shivered, put a hand on his mask and it turned his stomach upside down, his eyes were wide open and horrified.

Valt: W-Why? . . . . . Who did that.

he looked up and saw the hole dug to an apartment, with the debris and some pieces of the thing were always falling slowly, he stood up and to go closer, he saw on the wall inside on the left a straight line finishing with a circular hole like a wrecking ball.

Valt: A construction machine, here?

he walked inside struggling to walk in the debris, he pushed one and saw the inside of the house in ruin, there was a body on his right leaning on the side, he ran to it and crouched to turn it on his back and searched for a heart beat, he put his hand on his neck and heard drops leaking in the kitchen, he tried to put the man on his back head taking his head by the back he felt something sticking on his glove and a hole, he turned the body around to see that he doesn't even have to verify if he is dead.

Valt: Vertebral column cut to the height of the upper neck by a bullet i guess. Weapon aren't supposed to not be allowed? A gang battle? In peaceville that's crazy to think.

He rethought about the beheaded body.

Valt: Crazy but not to forget.

He left the body on the ground and walked to the kitchen, by the door and not the wall. He looked at the body head on the border of the sink and a large patch of blood on the side forming a puddle in the sink and on the ground, he came closer and saw deep holes in its back going all the way through, he tried to come close but in the back of the body to touch its right leg with his own right leg.

Valt: Oops!

The head slid and the body fell on the side to dive Valt's heart into fear, he saw holes going in the sink compartiment and even leaving large holes.

Valt: What the hell attacked them?

He put his thumb next to the hole to see that the middle is a phalanx long, he raised the head and turned the water off.

Valt: Whatever did that would have kill me if it was here.

he turned around and looked throught the hole to pass by it, he looked at his left down at the ground to see some patch of blood but nothing close enough to be the owner. he went out and back on the intersection this time he looked at the ground to see if anyone bleed and tried to flee, he analyzed at his left and found a line of blood being strangely dark compared to the rest of it, he looked at his right and saw some other little blood patch.

Valt: That could be dangerous, or a survivor. . . . i must verify it.

A car was hiding the road he walked around to see were these blood patch ended, he went back to his horrified state.

Valt: Where. . . . Where is the head?

He hurried to it hearing the noise of flop in the blood, reached the body to see another one close to it. in a similar state, he looked backward and saw blood lines going straight then turning at the right. he looked back at the bodies in front of him, crouched, he saw a large puddle and always blood coming out of the lower jaw, he looked behind to see some brain remnant and a body in a patch and pierced in some limb along with the heart in a phalanx large hole, he turned the body around to see that it was a policeman, the insign of the police station, he looked at his badge, he felt his heart pounding as he remembered what the survivor said.
