"Nong" I called the shivering kid. He looked at me fear still visible in his innocent face.

"Uhh, Pi."

"They left. Let's go. The floor is hard." I ushered him to sit on my bed. I sat beside him and gently wiped his tears dry. He was still sobbing but no longer crying.

"Stop crying now. You'll get a headache."

"What am going to do Pi?"

"Pond."

"Huh?"

"My name is Pond, Phuwin right? It seems that you don't know my name so I wanted to let you know, seeing that you'll be staying with me."

"Uh, Yes my name is Phuwin, P'Pond. I'm sorry for being rude." Phuwin said softly, face blushing a bit. I decided to ignore that for now. He'll blush harder when I take him later. I secretly smirked.

"For your original question, What are you going to do? Nothing, you'll hide here. Where else can you go. I will take care of you. Now those guys, they seem fierce, they offered me 10000Bhat if I tell them where you are." I said it in a steady voice void of emotion.

He cowered in fear again then grabbed my hand with both of his own.

"Pi.... P'Pond. Don't give me to them please. I'll do anything. My parents can pay. Please."

"Anything huh. I'll hide you. Don't think about that." I patted his back then slowly caressed his back, I can't wait to strip this nong up. I pulled him into a hug so he can't see the smile on my face. He just let me. What a naive kid. Maybe because he's been hidden from the outside that he didn't know that he can't trust everyone around him. Poor kid. I smirked.

After he calmed down, I fixed us food. He did not show disgust or gusto in the food I prepared, he just ate mechanically.

"Food not to your liking?" I had to ask.

"No Pi. I'm just worried about my parents... Oh speaking of parents, when will your parent come home, will they let me stay?"

"They are overseas, you don't have to think about that. I see you are done eating, why don't you take a bath so you can rest. All that crying and panic must have exhausted you."

"I... I... I don't have clothes to change into Pi. I'm afraid of going home to get them."

"You can wear mine."

We returned to my bedroom.

"Lay down and sleep. I'll take a bath." Just then my phone rang.

"Hello, no, I'm not going out tonight, I'm busy. That's all, bye."

"Pi, do you need to go out?" He asked, I can sense that he fears staying here alone.

"No, I'm not in the mood to go out."

"I I hope I'm not ke-keeping you."

Instead of answering I just entered the bathroom in my room.

I had to take a long cold shower. When I'm done and dressed, I saw that Phuwin was already sleeping.
