Heated Argument
Next update after 45 follows on Wattpad. Chapter 12 is on stck(free).
I shivered inside the house, it was raining outside again. I was given warm water to drink with medical herbs infused in it. I had caught a cold.
The kitten near me was covered with a warm cloth, while we were riding here, I looked at her sitting somewhere. I just looked at her while the horse moved. I was too scared to raise my wish of taking her with me, she was unsafe there. I just looked at her and then turned my head straight before Samrat stopped the horse and stepped down.
He took the kitten and gave it to me, for the first time I felt that he understood me without me saying anything. I cried holding the kitten while he again commanded the horse to move.
We stopped near an abandoned house, there were a handful of soldiers and a maid there. The maid attended to me and made me change my clothes, also she lit up the fire for me.
The kitten was given care and I cuddled her a little so that she would not feel cold.
I sat there, I do not know what will happen now. I am sure he will send me away to my kingdom now, he is very angry. He has all the valid reasons to be but I also had my reasons.
Due to fear I said sorry to him, and I got afraid of him.
"Samragi, yeh lijiye bhojan" I tilted my head in the maid's direction and she forwarded me the food. I stared at the food with no intention of eating it.
"Samrat kaha hai?" I asked her.
"He is outside" she told me and I widened my eyes at her.
"In this heavy rain?" I questioned her and she nodded her head. I instantly stood up, what is he doing outside?
"No Queen, you are said to stay inside" I frowned at her. "My husband is out in this rain so I cannot just sit here, where is he?" I asked her and she lowered her instantly.
