I don't know why Wattpad hates me😂🥲. Anyways I hope this story works out. I want to get good views before it gets completed or else I will be depressed throughout the story. Let's see what happens but I know that my loyal readers will support me. Manifesting this one💅
One more thing, there will never be cheating from the male lead in my books so rest assured. Hearts.
Enjoy because we have Aarav's POV today, hehe. Smirking. He is not a good boy so don't expect much.
I sigh as I exit the chamber, my wife looks so nervous, I won't eat her. She has always been like that. Before our marriage she used to smile and get shy looking at me but this was totally different, maybe I scared her.
I made my way to meet King Abhyudit, my brother-in-law as you might say. I have great respect for him and have known him for a while. We weren't close but the consideration had always been there.
"Pranam Maharaj" I said as I greeted him, he joined his hand and engulfed me in a manly hug.
"Aap ka swagat hai Harshgarh mei Samrat"
"I welcome you King," he says and asks me to have a seat. I sat on the couch opposite but before any of us could say anything we heard a loud laugh. I frowned and turned my head in the direction of the door.
"Great Samrat, I hope you weren't hurt, being indulged in war" Prince Agastya spoke. I could make out the mockery in his tone yet I smiled at him.
"I am not, thank you for the concern," I say with equal mockery in mine. I do not know why he hates me this much.
"Of course, you are the husband of my sister and seeing her like that made me upset so I asked you in person," he says and sits in front of me, while he leaned over the headrest, no manners.
"I assume you are upset with me" I say without any riddles, he smirks my way and says, "Such intelligence" I sigh as I shook my head. He is a child.
"I apologize for his behaviour but the thing is we did not like the way Aadhya had to come alone here" Maharaj says and I nodded my head.
"I understand King and I am deeply regretful over it but I could not do anything about it. The allies are important to us" . Right, the allies are important.
He tightened his face at my words and before he could say any further, I stood up. "I may take my leave" I uttered and excused myself. I can't understand why these people are making a issue over such petty thing.
I entered my chamber, it was late evening now and as soon as I stepped in I saw my wife, she was doing her hair. They were long and black, and the smooth and silky curls danced as she moved them along her back.
I stood there not able to take my eyes off her. I inched close to her, she wasn't in a dupatta and I assume she had forgotten that I am here now.
I was about to turn away and go somewhere, I should not invade her privacy. But I froze when I heard sobs, she is crying again?
