I am so sorry for not updating, this month will be tough for me. :(
Aadhya's POV
I sat up utterly exhausted from today's drama. I was in no mood to continue and do anything, I just wanted to be at peace but my duty calls for me.
"Meera, is everything well prepared in the kitchen?" I questioned her, Samrat had told me to see the duties related to many things that belonged to Rajmata first. I am sure she did more things than insulting me to receive this.
"Yes," Meera says and I nod at her. I sighed and tried to stand up last night I could not make it as my leg was aching so today I have to meet our guest.
I somehow stood up with Meera's help and she guided me to take a bath and get ready, the sun had been up for a long time and Samrat had not returned since the last afternoon. I hope everything is well.
"Who is the guest?" I questioned her. She giggles all of a sudden and I look at her amusingly.
"What?" I ask her, she looks at me and says."Wahi jo bhavi Samrat hone wake hai Devgarh ke"
"He who is soon to be the king of Devgarh" She says and I instantly recall him, "Yuvraj Radhitya Indrajit Singh?" I ask her and she shakes her head in a yes with excitement.I smile at her, "So you met him?" I ask and she instantly utters no, losing all that excitement she had a second ago.
"Don't be disheartened, we are meeting him today" I say to her and we make our way to the hall. My legs are better now, I can at least walk a bit.The guest hall was fully decorated and well-maintained, I saw my husband there with Prince Radhitya.
"Pranam!" I said to both of them and they stood up instantly. My husband looked tense but as soon as I greeted them, Prince made his way to me and adjoined his hands returning the greeting.
"We have met before" he says and I giggle, "Of course," I tell him.
"Come sit Samragi" Aarav says and I sit beside him.The man Radhitya Singh was a sarcastic human, he does not indulge in talks much until it amuses him. I pass him a smile and look at my husband, "So you two are friends?" I ask him and he shakes his head.
"Do we look like friends?" I was confused at his question and before I could say anything I heard a dark chuckle escape Yuvraj's lips, "Of course Bhabhisa, I was at one time a tough competitor to be his friend but you know this man is too strict" he says.
"Because you are getting in trouble everytime" My husband says to him and some more words are exchanged which makes me chuckle. "Good to see you two this close" I say and in unison I heard, "We aren't close" I laughed more. Yuvraj joined me.
"How are things going in Devgarh, I hope dadisa is good" I ask him and he nods his head, "She is way too good" he replies. "Asking for a granddaughter-in-law, isn't she?" Aarav asks him and his smile dies. I was totally confused by them but still smiled not knowing what to say.
