Oc is the son of Aemma Arryn's twin Brother.
His mother died giving birth to him so Aemma was like a mother to him.
He is the same age as Rhaenyra.
Oc has Dark brown, shoulder length hair.
One of his eyes is a Stormy gray, reminiscent of the skies over the Vale, and the other eye is a a light violet that looks Gray most of the time.
His build is Lean and athletic, standing slightly taller than average.
He is kind hearted and honorable, often showing compassion for the common folk of the Vale. However, he also feels a deep sense of loss first over his mother's death, and then as Aemma’s life unfolds amidst the Targaryen complexities
He visits his aunt Aemma and his cousin Rhaenyra often having a motherly bond with Aemma.
His has feeling for Rhaenyra but he has been trying to shove his feelings down as she is his cousin and the princess and she deserves better than him.
But what he doesn't know is that Rhaenyra feels the same way,except she has no problems with having feelings for her cousin and as being a Targeryan it's normal for her.
