It had been a few days since Wonwoo finally confessed his feelings to Mingyu. Ever since they had stolen moments whenever they could, the thrill of their newfound love making every touch and glance electric.
One evening, Jeonghan and Seungcheol were out making final arrangements for their wedding, leaving the house to Mingyu and Wonwoo. It was supposed to be a simple night in, but with the house to themselves, Mingyu couldn’t resist taking advantage of the situation.
Mingyu and Wonwoo were in the living room, supposedly watching a movie. Mingyu, however, was more interested in the person beside him. He leaned in, his lips brushing against Wonwoo’s ear. “You know, you’re a lot more interesting than this movie.”
Wonwoo turned to face him, a smile playing on his lips. “Oh really? And what makes you say that?”
Mingyu didn’t answer with words. Instead, he cupped Wonwoo’s face in his hands and kissed him deeply. Wonwoo responded immediately, his hands tangling in Mingyu’s hair. The movie was quickly forgotten as they lost themselves in each other.
Things escalated quickly. Mingyu’s hands roamed over Wonwoo’s back, pulling him closer until Wonwoo was practically in his lap. Wonwoo’s heart pounded in his chest, but he didn’t care. All that mattered was Mingyu and the way he made him feel.
Just as things were getting heated, the front door opened. Jeonghan and Seungcheol walked in, chatting and laughing about their day. They stopped in their tracks when they saw Mingyu and Wonwoo on the couch, locked in a passionate embrace.
“Whoa, what’s going on here?” Jeonghan’s voice was loud and filled with surprise.
Mingyu and Wonwoo jumped apart, their faces flushing with embarrassment. Mingyu rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly while Wonwoo tried to smooth down his hair, which had been mussed by Mingyu’s fingers.
Seungcheol’s eyes widened in shock. “Mingyu! What the hell? Are you corrupting Wonwoo?”
Before Mingyu could respond, Seungcheol stepped forward and playfully slapped him on the arm. “You better not be taking advantage of him!”
Mingyu held up his hands in defense, grinning sheepishly. “It’s not like that, I swear! Wonwoo likes me too.”
Wonwoo nodded, still a bit flustered.
Jeonghan and Seungcheol exchanged a glance before bursting into laughter. Jeonghan walked over and hugged Wonwoo, shaking his head in disbelief. “Well, this is a surprise. I didn’t think you two would actually get together.”
Jeonghan, still chuckling, pointed at Mingyu. “You better treat him right, or you’ll have to answer to me.”
Mingyu laughed, relieved that their reaction was more humorous than angry. “Don’t worry, hyung. I plan on making him very happy.”
Jeonghan and Seungcheol settled onto the couch, Jeonghan grabbing the remote to restart the movie. “Mind if we join you two?”
Wonwoo shook his head, still trying to calm his racing heart. “Of course not.”
The four of them spent the rest of the evening watching the movie, though Mingyu and Wonwoo sat a bit closer than they would have if they were alone. Jeonghan and Seungcheol, ever the teasing couple, kept shooting them knowing looks and making playful comments.
As the night wore on, the initial awkwardness faded, replaced by a comfortable camaraderie. The bond between the four of them felt stronger, the acceptance of Mingyu and Wonwoo’s relationship adding a new layer of closeness.
When the movie ended, Jeonghan stretched and yawned. “Alright, I think it’s time for bed. Big day tomorrow with more wedding stuff to handle.”
Seungcheol stood, pulling Jeonghan to his feet. “Yeah, we should all get some rest.”
Mingyu and Wonwoo followed suit, heading toward their respective rooms. As they reached Wonwoo’s door, Mingyu paused, turning to face him. “Goodnight, Wonwoo.”
Wonwoo smiled, leaning in to give Mingyu a quick kiss. “Goodnight, Mingyu.”
They parted ways, each retreating to their own rooms. But as Wonwoo lay in bed, his mind couldn’t stop replaying the events of the evening. The thrill of being caught, the laughter, and the warmth of Mingyu’s embrace all combined to make him feel incredibly happy.
In his room, Mingyu was similarly lost in thought, a grin plastered on his face. The future looked bright, and he couldn’t wait to see where their relationship would go from here. They had been caught in the act, but it only made their bond stronger, and the support from their brothers meant everything.
As sleep finally claimed them, both Mingyu and Wonwoo dreamed of the days ahead, filled with love, laughter, and endless possibilities.
