Suzy's POV

"I'm planning to adopt Suzy as my daughter.. What do you think?" Aunt Anne announced as she smiled at us while she is sitting on a couch

"WHAT?!" the four of them shouted in unison and I also shouted too.

"Why? You don't want Suzy to be your real sister?" Aunt Anne asked as she chuckled

"Yes. Of course.. We do.." Chen answered

"How about you Luhan?" Aunt Anne asked 

"I just don't know but I think it will be fun.." Luhan answered as he chuckled

"Mom. I don't want her to be our sister! There's no way I'll accept her as my sister! There's no way!" Kris stood up as he furrowed his eyebrows furiously and my chest is starting to be getting heavy because of his words. It's like he doesn't really like me.

"Kris!" Aunt Anne called out Kris' name and he left and went inside his room.

Why is he so rude? Why is he so against that? I mean Aunt Anne is just planning..

"Suzy.. I'm so sorry.." Aunt Anne said

"It's fine Aunt Anne.." I answered as I frowned a bit.

"I'm just planning anyways.. Why is Kris so against about it?" Aunt Anne asked curiously

Does he really hate me that much? My chest tightened when I saw his furious face. It's like he really doesn't want me to be here.

I also thought that, this past few days,I feel like I'm a burden to Aunt Anne and I'm getting shy of all the things that they've given especially when Aunt Anne gave me allowance to School. I made up my mind.. I think I'm gonna leave this house and find a part time job to work on. I don't want Aunt Anne to support me all the way, it's to embarrassing for them coz I'm not their relative or anything. I think it's best to live on my own.

I stood up and knocked on Aunt Anne's room.

Then, on my surprised, she opened her door and stood infront of me with a smiling face.

"Omo. Suzy, what brings you here?" She asked

"Uhm.. Uh.. I want to tell something, Aunt Anne.." I answered nervously 

"Sure.. What is it?" She asked at me curiously and she smiled at me so cheerfully

"Uhm.. Uh.. Thank you so much for taking care of me.. But I can not longer continue to live in this house coz I've decided that maybe I should just live on my own.. " I said as I bowed at her slowly then, I raised my head to face her. She looks at me with her widened eyes and it looks like she was surprised.

"Suzy, I can't do that.. I can't let you live alone.. I promise your Mom that I will take care of you and you're like my daughter now.. Please just stay.." She said looking at me with those worried eyes

"But Aunt Anne.. I just don't know... I would love to live here with you but I feel like I'm being a burden to you.. I think it's time to stand on my own.." I answered
