"I was thinking.." Sidharth began to speak to Shehnaaz while they lay together on the sofa of her living room yet again. Cuddling together on a saturday afternoon, skipping work before time.

The two would make time for each other, finish of work early and spend their evenings together. Consequently, nights as well and ofcourse Madhu didn't clearly know about it. Well, she knew the guy was spending some good ample amount of time with her daughter and sometimes even in the night. She didn't say anything about it because she wanted to give them the chance to court each other. But at the same time, she kept an eye on them. She would wake up every time at 5 in the morning and find no one in the living room.

"Maggie banau?" Shehnaaz asked him and for a moment he forgot what he was gonna ask.

"Ha ja." He replied.

"Kya jaa?!" She asked him back.

"Tu chal mere saath!" She added, getting up from the furniture and grabbing his hand to pull him up as well.

"Mai uth jaunga na!! Tu bana toh sahi!" He whined.

"Yaar, meko badi neend aa rahi hai Sidharth. Lekin mai ja rahi hu na maggie banane!?" She told him, coaxing him to get his lazy ass into the kitchen.

"Please na baby, mai akeli kitchen me kaam karu aur tu aram kare?! Aise nahi ho sakta na?" She asked him and then ended up laughing at her own words.

"Abey!" He pushed her out of his way in response, dragging himself into the kitchen with a heavy heart. That piece of furniture was really good, he wished he could exchange his sofa for that.

"Bina drame ke maan jaya kar. Sadi shakal bana ke khada hai, maggie bhi khani hai lekin mehnat nahi karni." She commented, bending over to look for 2 packets of maggie into the kitchen cabinet that was meant for her snacks.

'Slap!'

"Chup chap maggie bana." He replied as he smacked her bottoms that were in his view for the moment.

"Sidharth!" She almost jumped when he did that. The smack stung. It stung wonderfully at the right place but she was hungry and nothing could replace that feeling for a while.

"Acha tu kya bol raha tha?" She asked him.

"Maggie banana tu!" He replied in a similar tone.

"Kutte! Abhi bahar sofe pe! Tabhi kya bol raha tha tu?!" She reminded him as she glared at him.

"Acha.. arey mai bhool gaya." He replied, walking around her and sitting on the kitchen counter next to the stove.

"Haaye tere ko pata Mummy kaha gayi hai?" She asked him, bringing in a new topic.

"Kaha?" He asked, eating the small and broken pieces of the maggie that were left behind in the plate when she upturned the packets.

"Walia aunty ke bete ki family gayi hai vacation pe, shayad unke bahu ke maike gaye toh Aunty nahi gayi. Toh Aunty, Mummy aur unka friend circle ghar pe cards khel rahe hai aaj raat." She told him.

"Abeyyy haa! Vacation! Actually mere ko yahi baat karni thi!" He replied.

"Huh?" She asked.

"Ha, next week IDLA- Interior Designing Luminary Awards hoga. Lemme tell you how it is, businessmen ke award functions hote the toh usme sare companies se best ko choose karte the but baad me alag alag fields ke column ban gaye." He told her.

"Ha." She replied, trying to grasp everything.

"Toh usme IDLA ke functions hote hai. Sari interior designing companies ke liye categories hoti hai. Humare 'Elite' se bhi kafi log nominated hain usme. Wahi award function hoga Lonavala me aur mujhe jana hai." He replied. He seemed excited for the upcoming events.
