Moon wakes to me standing stoically as I stare off at Mount Obsidian. After changing to a Bushi Jessica was able to break free from the captivity of her sphere. I've been watching her fly in frantic circles around the caldera of the volcano. It seems as if she is waiting for someone, but who?

Moon grabs my shoulder and looks back toward Alpha's tower. Samishii begins to glow and I hear his voice invade my mind once more.

"You have a choice mijo, fulfill your promise to Indigo and join Jessica at the peak of Obsidian, or fulfill your promise to yourself and face Alpha."

"You're wrong Samishii, I don't have a choice, I will do what I have promised, whether it be today, or tomorrow," I reply gripping his hilt.

"Rapido, we head for Mount Obsidian, I won't leave Jessica to fight this battle on her own," I say stepping closer to the shoreline.

     "Rapido!" He replies.

Rapido freezes the water creating a path for us to walk on as we head toward Mount Obsidian. It's a few hours journey, and our path disintegrates in the waves behind us. When we reach the shore I look back at the small base below Gaia. Indigo and the others are still there waiting for my return, and time is running out.

"Mr. Kitty, thank you for coming with me, and for convincing Glizziebear to watch over Indigo, Minx, I'm happy that you chose to join me," I say gripping Samishii's hilt.

"Hey, don't think just because you smell like Sam that I'm coming onto you," Minx says crossing her arms.

Moon floats over shoving Minx out of the way and wraps her arms around me.

"Ah, I see, the pervert wields the pervert's blade, not surprising," Minx says brushing sand off of her.

Moon glares at her and I step toward the mountain. We walk for another hour through the blistering heat and I take a knee as the ground begins to shake. It feels as if the island is to split in two. I lower my head removing my hat.

"At this pace, we'll never make it, maybe if we head back we can atleast put a stop to Alpha," I say giving into despair.

Rapido steps infront of me and rises onto his back paws. He begins to do a dance I've never seen him do before. Then he begins to chant.

"Frozen Pegasus, hear your brother of element, head my call, frozen Pegasus your brother in ice beckons you, frozen Pegasus, hear your brother of element, head my call, frozen Pegasus your brother in ice beckons you," he repeats.

The mountain shakes again and large molten rocks begin to spew from its summit. Is it erupting? No, something is emerging. Chillet falls back to all fours and curls up at my feet.
