1. Shaniwarwada Fort, Pune

Shaniwarwada Fort, A grand Maratha fortress in pune, if famous for its historical significance- and its ghostly tales. It is believed that the spirit of young prince, brutally murdered by his relatives, haunts the fort. On full moon nights, Locals claim to hear his cries for help echoing through the halls. The eerie atmosphere of the fort after the dark  has made it one of the most haunted places in Maharashtra. 

2.  D'Souza Chawl, Mumbai

Located in the bustling city of Mumbai, D'Souza Chawl is a typical Residential building by day, but it turns into place of fear at night. The ghost of a woman who tragically fell into a well and drowned in said to haunt the area. Residents have reported seeing her apparition near the well, as well as hearing mysterious footsteps and whispering voices late at night. 

3. Kuldhara Village, Jaisalmer

Although Kuldhara is technically in Rajasthan, its story is closely tied with Maharashtra's ghostly lore. This abandoned village is said to be cursed, with the spirits of its former inhabitants roaming the deserted streets. The villagers vanished overnight, leaving behind a mystery that remains unsolved. Those who visit Kuldhara often feel an unsettling presence, as if they are being watched by unseen eyes.
