A walk in the park.

Avni and Neil have reached Australia after a long tiring flight and have spend the day working Neil busy in practice while Avni making the schedule for the shoots which are supposed to be done before the first match start.

Avni closed her laptop with a sigh and got up stretching a little.

"Would you like to take a walk in the garden"Avni asked feeling a little low thinking about this being her last series as the manager of the team.

"Sure"Neil replied pausing the movie he was watching and kept the laptop aside before getting up.

Neil and Avni entered the garden of the hotel,the atmosphere was nice for a walk,the wind was blowing softly and the stars were shinning brightly in the night sky while the trees and plants swaying with the rythm of the wind.

Avni sucked in the air closing her eyes enjoying the cold wind soothing her skin while Neil stared at her in admiration she looked so calm and peaceful with her eyes closed and her long black hair blowing with the wind although he did noticed that she was a little down and also a little tired since they have landed here.

"Shall we start to walk"Neil asked coming out of his revive while Avni nodded opening her eyes.

The two of them walked side by side to each other enjoying the weather with a peaceful silence in between the walk Neil entwined his hand with Avni's and smiled when she didn't withdraw her hand.

"You know you can share anything with me"Neil said breaking the silence as he wanted to know what was the reason behind her being sad but also didn't wanted to push her boundaries.

"I know that Neil it's just I am feeling a little low about this being my last series as the team manager,its been my life since last one year"She poured out whatever was going on in her heart tightening her grip on his hand.

"I am really sorry its all because of me you have to leave your job"Neil apologised feeling guilty about the whole thing.

"Shut up Neil"She untagled their hand and turned towards him while Neil too turned towards her in shock now both of them facing each other.

"Its not your fault Neil it was my own decision to marry you and I knew the consequences of this marriage so you need not apologise or feel guilty about it "She explained tired of him feeling guilty about this whole thing now starting to get a little irritated.

"Ok sorry"He raised his hands in surrender making her chuckle.

"By the way I also married you because I love Sam"She added genuinely.

"And what about Sam's dad"Neil teased  tugging a strand of her hand behind her ear which was coming on her face.

"Shall we continue with our walk"She asked ignoring the question although she felt something when he asked her that,Neil nodded and the two continued there walk hand in hand.

"Dadda,Avu come fast"Sam motioned from the dinning area for them to come and two made their way to where Abir,Sam and Kia were sitted their hands still entwined.

The five of them had dinner with a little bit of chit chat here and there.

"Avu,Dadda I am going to sleep in Abir Chachu's room with Kia"Sam informed the two after they were done with their dinner.

"But"Neil started

"Comeon Neil let her stay anyway the two of them don't get much time together"Abir cut him off and Neil finally agreed to it although this wasn't the only reason he wanted Sam to stay in his room,he wanted Avni and Neil to spend some time alone because he can see the progress in the relationship and have whole heartedly started accepting it.

"Be a good girl and sleep on time ok you have your classes tommorow"Avni informed kneeling down to her level patting her cheeks.

"Ok Avu and good night"She replied kissing her cheeks while Avni kissed her back.

"Good night kisses to only Avu and not Dadda"Neil asked faking a scowl. 

"Ofcourse not Dadda"She replied jumping in his arms and kissed his cheek.

Avni and Neil entered their room after bidding goodnight to Kia and Abir while Neil closed the door behind them.

Avni sat on the bed leaning her head on the headboard and closed her eyes being tired she didn't had proper rest since past few days and it was finally taking a toll on her.

"Don't you want to change"Neil asked taking out his night clothes from the suitcase.

"No you go change first I will change in few minutes"She replied without any motion. 

Neil got changed and Avni somehow dragged herself to changed.

"Come here"Neil took her hand in his and made her sit on the floor and he sat behind her on the bed.

"Neil what are you doing"She asked as she felt his hand on her scalp massaging it.

"Sit quiet,mom used to do it whenever I got home tired from practice and trust me it relaxed me a lot"He answered and kept massaging her head and Avni almost dozzed off relaxing completely with his touch.

"Neil put me down I can walk"She said sleepily as Neil picked her up in bridal style.

"Shh keep quiet and sleep also don't wake up early tommorow we have an off day"He instructed putting her down on the bed while she nodded and pulled a comforter over her.

"Neil you can sleep on the bed its fine"She said half opening her eyes as she saw Neil picking a pillow to sleep on couch.

"Are you sure"Neil asked and she just blinked her eyes in assurance too sleepy to reply and Neil too got under the comforter as the two closed their eyes and sleep engulfed them.
