The First Fight.

Avni saw Neil sitting silently in the balcony she quickly ordered one black coffee and one hot chocolate before changing into her night clothes.

"Coffee"Avni asked forwading a cup and he took it silently from her and she too sat beside him.

"Remember yestarday you told me that I can share anything with you then you can also share anything with me Neil"She asked taking a sip from her cup,she has noticed him looking a little aloof since morning.

"It's about Sam"He replied

"What about her"She asked getting concerned.

"Nothing much to worry about but today Sam asked me why she doesn't go to school normally like Kia"He explained and Avni calmed a little hearing that.

"Then why don't you admit her to a real school,I have also noticed a lot of time that she doesn't like attending online school all alone"She replied setting her cup on the small stool in front of them and turn towards him.

"Because I don't want to"He countered not wanting Sam to be away from him at all specially since Juhi has came back into his life.

"Neil Sam needs to socialise she needs to have friends other than Kia,she has a right to live her life normally like other kids,school isn't about just studying It's about making friends,having fun and creating memories, sitting in front of a screen is not school"She tried to explain to him although she understand his concern but Sam needs to have a normal childhood,he can't be with her 24/7.

"I understand that but if she starts attending school normally she won't be able to come with me for tours no and I can't let that happen"He got hyper at just the thought of staying away from Sam.

"Neil calm down,you can't be selfish,for once think about Sam"She asked rubbing his arm to calm him down.

"You don't get to tell me what is right for my daughter and what's not,she is my daughter and I know what is right for her"He replied jerking her hand away while Avni looked at him with her eyes wide open,tears pooling in her eyes.

All that about trusting her with Sam was lie,he never considered her as Sam's mom it was just about getting married so the custody doesn't goes to Juhi.

"Ok as you wish"She whispered and left the balcony now tears streaming down her cheeks.

Neil sighed rubbing his hands on his face realising the blunder he created in the heat of moment,whatever they had between them he erased it within minutes.

He got up and entered the room to see Avni sleeping beside Sam,he too lay down on the other side of Sam,he stared at her knowing very well that she was awake and soon sleep took over him.

"Sam you need to eat healty food too,you can't always have hot chocolate"Avni instructed Sam forwading a spoonfull of Poha who made faces but in the end had it.

Neil opened his eyes to meet with the sight of Sam sitting on Avni's lap and Avni was feeding her breakfast.

The two's eyes met but Avni quickly diverted her eyes and continued feeding Sam,Neil could see her eyes were puffy and her nose was red indicating she cried and he couldn't help but feel more guilty,he pushed aside his emotions for now and went on to get ready as they have a match and he didn't wanted all this to affect his game.

By the time he came out Avni and Sam were done with their breakfast,he too had his breakfast till the time Sam attended her classes.

"Bye Sam,Bye Avni"He bid bye before leaving for the ground,Sam hugged him and bid him bye while Avni just nodded at him still hurt.
