IIeo POV:

Elsear Comnen Y Ithcya, Aegos i capalthir Yttrival Vela gi heros: The Elves are rising, Head to Aegeros to prevent the cataclysm. From the writing alone, she knew that she had to keep her guard up, for as much as the Elf King would help her, it seemed like they were warning her about something. Perhaps the city of Ch'ara was not to be trusted after all. Still, IIeo decides to continue on her journey, hopeful that the King will see reason when he realizes how much Argos threatens the safety of the Empire. She woke up at midnight, feeling like something was off about all of this. She drew her ivory bow, unsure of what she will be encountering, before then starting to walk the long way to Ch'ara, she still didn't trust the Ithyis clan because something about them seemed... off, as they talked about brokering peace, however they acted like that wasn't their main goal. What else then? IIeo thought, her eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

I'll have to keep a close watch on them IIeo thought as she drew her bow to her back again. When she arrived back to the inn, she was annoyed to find Ertos already there. "We're leaving" he says" A friend of mine agreed to take us both all the way till the Stergon River, where we will then walk the remaining distance. """That's not so reassuring." She said, rolling her eyes as she said so. She faced the West Side of Aeos Gaerd facing the tall crystal like, white peaks of the Strygard mountains, thinking about how the Elf King will treat them, as it's been so long since she has returned." Has your friend arrived yet" IIeo said drawing her bow out in boredom, hearing the satisfactory twang of the bow for what must be the twentieth time. She looked at the amazing view of the city, camped between between two mountains and surrounded by miles of lush green forest right by Lake Aeos. The city looked beautiful and it really felt like a pity to leave the city, but they will have to continue to find peace on the continent.

Suddenly, IIeo heard a clang of some bells and she turned back to find a wooden wagon pulled by 2 black horses. She saw that the horse is pulled, surprisingly by a Western Elf with grey-blue skin, green eyes and yellow hair." IIeo, this is my best friend, Eanos from Kylistopolis. We met when my guild is on a mission and he's been a really supportive and loyal person to me." Ertos said as he introduced the mysterious figure." Hi, I'm IIeo. I am on a quest to get the Elf King to join the war against Argos." Argos eh? Then you should hurry" he said,"Argos has taken over the Guild Lands by now. The City of Valbury, the Capital of the Guild Lands has been sacked and their leader, Argon, the Knight of Etheria has been killed. With the Guild Lands down and the Chrysalis Order not intervening, not even Ch'ara will be safe. ""He's marching here now?" The young Moon Elf yelped in alarm."But... if he were to attack Ch'ara, then he will have to attack via the Mountain pass from Aeos Gaerd and then... we would have heard of the attack. Which means..." IIeo said as she realized what was going on. " Yes" Eanos sighed" He is heading to Esteros to gather the support of the King. For only with Esteros' help can he bring the fall of the Elves. So that's why we're helping you. This war will not benefit anyone, only destroy both of our nations." He says as the wagon started moving towards the Stergon River. While she was on the wagon, she saw many green lush jungles against the black night sky and heard the sound of a distant stream, however she seemed to hear the growls of beasts approaching.

As she opened her mouth to warn the party, the being revealed itself to be a Ghelsid a half scorpion half crocodile. IIeo raised up an eyebrow in curiosity, due to them not being native to this region, as she carefully examined the monster. The whole part of the Ghelsid was covered with thick scales and an exoskeleton, judging by how slow it moved. The pincers and the jaws of the beast were covered in blood as if it had killed something. Or someone IIeo said, remembering the old Elvish fairy tales about them. She hurryingly drew out her ivory bow and notched an arrow, ready to kill the beast and beckoned her companions to do the same. As IIeo shot three dark iron arrows at the beast, she is shocked to realize that the arrows did nothing but anger the beast, the arrows bouncing off of the Ghelsid. Suddenly the Ghelsid stood on it's hind legs and as IIeo tried to grab more arrows, she felt a hand touch her shoulder. She looked back to find Ertos stopping her from doing that again." It's no use IIeo, We'll have to use our melee weapons to defeat it." He said as he drew his green Elementium katana and jumped out of the wagon before slashing at the beast with a red glow of his sword. The Ghelsid staggered back, but didn't even lose blood. However, to everyone's surprise, the beast started talking in a deep and angry tone:" Elves! The enemy of preservation. Help me Lord Uxor for I shall take the forest's vengeance. "Suddenly however, a harpoon tipped  spear in the shape of a Fleur de Lys was thrown at the throat of the beast. Eanos had hidden himself the whole time, just waiting for the time to strike. . As the beast was defeated, it disappeared into a poof of smoke, leaving behind only  a few scattered items on the ground.

One thing however surprised them the most though. A mysterious tooth was dropped by the creature as it fled into Argos' realm. As Ghelsids don't usually shed teeth, this could only mean one thing: they have killed a sacred beast made by the gods themselves. Uxor will bring down the fury of the gods upon them. Realizing that the only way to dispel this curse is to get his sister's help, Ertos told IIeo that he is getting back to Esteros to find a way to save Ryuga so she could calm the monstrous rage of the gods that will soon come, as Ryuga was the High Priestess of Uxor, and if the god of the forest will answer to any mortal, it will be her. As IIeo said her goodbyes, she smiled as she hoped that Ertos will achieve his goal, for the benefit of the whole world.
