Tzuyu

I enter the dark room and close the door behind me. I walk forward until I stumble onto a large chair.

"Shit." I mumble when I hit my toe on the chair. I sit down slowly, waiting.

After the first Challenge, I don't think things will ever be the same. The fact that the school gave so little attention to Kai and Eunha's death has outraged Eunha's friends and her ex girlfriend and Kai's parents who are said to be planning to sue the school.

And as for me, I don't know how to feel. My father would be proud, seeing that he doesn't want me to show any sort of emotion. Emotions make me weak according to him.

Which is why I chose not to see the day Sana almost died in my arms again. I couldn't watch that again, feel everything all over again. Because my feelings at that moment were too many and too overwhelming and I didn't know how to handle them. The way I panicked that day is proof of that.

The door suddenly opens but I do not bother glancing that way. I know who it is anyway.

"Tzuyu, Tzuyu, Tzuyu."

He walks behind me and settles on the chair behind the big desk, now empty of all papers that used to cover it.

"You wanted to see me. Why?" I ask bluntly. He shakes his head.

"You could have told me you took part in the Senior Trials. I didn't need to learn it from the principal."

"I didn't think it was important." I shrug. "How long have you known?"

"From the first Dance." he replies and leans on the desk on his elbows. "Why do you think this year's Challenges are more interesting?"

I shoot my head up and see him smirking at me. "What do you mean 'interesting'?"

He chuckles and gets up, pacing up and down in front of me. "With you, Jackson, Jay and two members of the Japanese Mafia competing against each other, we need to show our strength. We need to show them that they should be afraid of us."

I shake my head. "That is irrational. What about the other contestants? You can't make the difficulty higher for all of them. They've had nothing to do with all this."

He huffs and, with a quick move, places his hands on the arms of my chair, trapping me there. "What is this about Tzuyu?" he breathes, his face close to mine. "Don't tell me it's about that girl."

I take a sharp breath and fight back showing my surprise as to how he knows. But he's Chou Minjun, super rich and feared Mafia Boss. Of course he knows.

"That's-"

"No, no Tzuyu. I see things. I have eyes everywhere. Nothing-" he raises his tone and moves his face closer to mine. "Nothing escapes me. Now, you'll focus on winning these Challenges and only on that. I can't have my daughter distracted by something as idiotic as a girl." he finishes and walks back to settle on his chair. I breathe in to suppress my anger towards my dad for controlling my entire life.

I get up and run a hand through my hair. "Anything else?"

He shakes his head and motions with his hand for me to leave.

"Woah Tzuyu, you don't look so good."

I lower my gun and lift the protective goggles to my head. With a sigh, I pull them back down and focus on the target in front of me again. "If dad send you, you're waisting your time."

I pull the trigger. The bullet pierces through the target's heart.

"C'mon Tzuyu. You think dad would send me?"
