The Puppy and the Wolf

- Part 6-

Present

"Seungmin!" Chan practically jumped out of his car straight to Seungmin's side. "What happened?! Are you ok?"

Sniffling Seungmin answered "Beak Woojun... he did something to me a few years back. He- he was the one who invited me here..."

Chan held the other in his warm embrace. letting Seungmin sob on his shoulder.

"What did he do to you...?"

"He..." Seungmin choked on his words. "Raped me..."

Chan's jaw clenched. He wanted to kill that Beak Woojun bastard... but he knew Seungmin needed his full attention. He helped the younger up and put him in the passenger seat of his car.

"You can put to seat down or turn on the seat warmers. Get comfortable" As Chan drove he had his hand planted on Seungmin's thigh. "What happened today?"

"He acted as if nothing had happened between us... like he was innocent. It made me so mad but I needed to endure... so I just played along until he left me..." Chan listened his hand gripped the wheel as he kept his eyes on the road.

"I won't let anyone hurt you... I promise" Seungmin's heart fluttered at Chan's words. He wanted to hug the elder so badly...

"Just don't get hurt doing so..." Seungmin mumbled leaning into the seat. His tears from earlier dried on his cheeks and his breathing was getting sturdier. But he knew deep down that this wasn't the end of Woojun... he's back

When Chan and Seungmin met with the others Seungmin decided to tell everyone what happened. Felix's eyes started watering with how emotional he was. They all hugged Seungmin and then had a meal together.

Everyone decided to sleep over at Changbin's house again that night. It was the same sleeping order as the last time. So Seungmin and Chan slept with each other that night.

"Thank you, Chan" Seungmin muttered to the elder as they got comfortable in the bed. It was chilly and Han and Lee Know were already cuddled together.

"Of course, anything for you" The words made the younger's body shiver, and his heart flutter. Seungmin nodded and lay beside Chan.

"This feels familiar" Felix spoke the next morning looking at the pair cuddled together like 2 peas in a pod.

"Mhm," Han hummed in agreement with Felix's words.

"Gotta take a picture" Hyunjins camera snapped a picture of the pair.

"Do you think they kissed already?" Jeongin spoke up making Han and Changbin look at each other.

"You can ask them that" Changbin replied.

"So noisy..." Seungmin grumbled, waking up from his slumber. Chan still holding him tightly let out a low and annoyed groan.

"Flee" Hyunjin blurted rushing out of the room. Everyone else followed suit and left the pair alone.

Chan softly kissed Seungmin's cheek before getting up. The younger's face heated up as he held his cheek.

"You're so... you're such a tease.." Seungmin grumbled again. But this time it wasn't completely out of annoyance.

They later went into the kitchen for breakfast. Seungmin had his AirPods on playing music and he seemed to be drowned into the sound.

"What are you listening to?" Lee Know asked the younger.

"Pasilyo by SunKissed Lola" He answered.

"A love song?" Han stepped into the conversation

"Yeah," Seungmin replied

"Bet you think of Chan Hyung while listening to that" Jeongin had a mischievous but bright smile on his face as he chuckled. Seungmin's face heated up as he looked at Maknae

"Shut up..." Seungmin didn't deny it. Which made the others chuckle.

A few days later Chan was helping Han and Seungmin produce their song Respirator. Adding the final touches and whatnot. Chan listened to the final product, completely zoning into Seungmin's vocals.

"I'm hungry for fried chicken!" Changbin whined with a hint of aegyo.

"Honestly me too" Seungmin spoke up as he held his stomach. All this work was making him hungry.

"I'll order delivery" The eldest spoke.

"Yes!" Han cheered with his heart-shaped smile.

"Thank you, Hyung" Seungmin looked at Chan for a second before looking back down at his work

The next day at school they were sitting down at lunch in their usual seatings. But it was different... chan would not let go of Seungmin's hand. It seemed like Chan thought Seungmin would be in trouble if he let him loose. Which is kinda true. Considering how much Seungmin's mouth runs.

"Hyung, my hand... I need to open my water bottle" Seungmin was getting a bit frustrated.

"Ask Binnie to do it" Chan did not plan on letting Seungmin go, and the others could feel it.

Seungmin looked at the pig rabbit and handed him his water bottle. Opening it Binnie spoke "You guys should just become official already. Giving me a headache"

Seungmin's ears grew red like a tourist on a beach. "You can't just say that out of the blue..." he muttered looking down into his lap to hide his face.

"Not denying it I see" Jeongin chuckled mischievously eyeing the pair.

"Shut up.." Seungmin elbowed Jeongin in the side.

"Don't hit him, he's younger than you" Lee Know spoke. Even though he shoves tissue in Hyunjins mouth.

"Yes, hyung," Seungmin grumbled. This was gonna be another long day.
