Krystal and Diana are tasked with leading the school's decoration committee for the upcoming fest. They're excited to showcase their creativity and make the school look amazing.

Krystal and Diana sat in the school's decoration committee meeting, brainstorming ideas for the upcoming fest.

"I think we should go for a modern theme," Krystal said, sketching out a design. "Something sleek and edgy."

"I don't know, Kris," Diana replied, furrowing her brow. "I was thinking more along the lines of a classic, traditional look."

Krystal raised an eyebrow. "Classic? That's so boring."

Diana bristled. "Hey, classics are timeless. And it's what our school needs."

As they continued to discuss, it seemed like they were at a stalemate. But then, Krystal pulled out a magazine clipping.

"Wait, what's that?" Diana asked, leaning in.

"My inspiration for the modern theme," Krystal replied.

Diana's eyes widened as she saw the picture.
"That's exactly what I was thinking of for the classic theme!"

Krystal's eyes lit up. "No way! I didn't know we had the same idea."

Diana grinned. "I guess great minds think alike."

As they continued to work together, they realised that their choices were more similar than they thought. They merged their ideas, creating a unique blend of modern and classic elements.

"I'm so glad we worked together on this," Krystal said, stepping back to admire their handiwork.

"Me too," Diana replied, smiling.
"Afterall we make a great team." They high-fived.

As they worked on the decorations, Krystal pulled out a sketchbook, sat on the floor and began to draw. Diana went and bent down to look closely. Her eyes locked the moment she noticed the page Krystal was sketching on. She watched in awe as Krystal's pencil moved swiftly and confidently across the paper.

"Dude, this is incredible!" Diana exclaimed, peering over her shoulder.
"I had no idea you were such a talented artist!"

Krystal blushed, looking up from her sketchbook. "Thanks, Dee. I've just always loved drawing."

Diana couldn't believe her eyes.
"This is amazing! You're so skilled!"

Krystal smiled, continuing to draw. “Thanks, But I think I have to practise more.”

As Krystal worked on her art, Diana couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder. She had known Krystal for so long, but she had never seen this side of her.

"Kris, can I ask you something?" Diana said, curiosity getting the better of her.

"Of course, what is it?" Krystal replied, not looking up from her sketchbook.

"How did you get so good at drawing?" Diana asked, genuinely interested.

Krystal shrugged, still drawing. "I've just always loved it, I guess. I've been drawing since I was a kid."

“I must say that I'm already a fan of your artwork man” Diana said staring at her sketchbook.

“How is it?” Krystal asked Diana flipping her sketchbook towards her to show.

“Perfect!” Diana’s eyes sparkled seeing her art.

It's the night of the school's annual fest, and Krystal and Diana are determined to make it a night to remember. They've spent weeks planning and preparing, and they're excited to let loose and have fun.

As they walk through the fest grounds, they stumble upon a photo booth set up with props and backdrops. They can't resist taking silly photos together, laughing and joking as they pose and make funny faces.

After the photo booth, they decide to enter a karaoke competition, singing their favourite duet and bringing the house down with their energetic performance. They win first prize, and their friends cheer and chant their names.

As the night winds down, Krystal and Diana find themselves alone by the fest's bonfire pit. They sit together on a bench, watching the flames dance and sharing stories and secrets.

Krystal pulls out a small bag of sparklers and hands one to Diana. "Make a wish," she says, and they both close their eyes, make a wish, and light their sparklers.

Later at night , after coming back from the fest, she sat on the chair of her study table, her mind still reeling from the day's events. She couldn't shake off the feeling of contentment that lingered within her. As she sat there, lost in thought, her fingers accidentally brushed against a picture postcard tucked under her notebook.

She pulled it out, and her eyes widened as she took in the familiar smile staring back at her. It was Krystal, her eyes sparkling with mischief, her wide and beautiful smile… Diana's heart skipped a beat as their gazes met, even though it was just a photograph.

A soft, involuntary smile spread across Diana's face, and she felt a warmth spread through her chest. It was a feeling she never experienced before. But here it was, blossoming in her heart like a slow-burning flame.

Diana's thoughts whirled back to the day's events, every moment she'd shared with Krystal playing like a highlight reel in her mind. She realised, with a startling clarity, that she loved spending time with Krystal. The way Krystal made her feel seen and heard, the way Krystal's presence seemed to light up the world around her... it was all so captivating.
