Let the fight begin!

Leen:
"I'm sure you can fix it. Once we tell her the truth she will know you love her."
"It's not just that.." Bill sighs. "Something else happened."
I look at him questioningly.
"Evi and Tom had sex, more then once."
"What?" I say with my eyes wide open.
"Evi with Tom?"
Bill nods, clearly disappointed and it's hard to hide my own disappointment.

After a long talk we decided not to tell Evi or Tom yet.
"We need to make sure they are safe first." Bill says firmly.
"I don't think she would actually go through with it."
"Don't underestimate her."
"You think she would actually hurt Tom?"
"Or Evi." I can see the worry on his face when he says these words.
"Why is she even doing this? It's not like you ever dated her."
"No.." I can hear some doubt in his voice. "But she always had feelings for me."
"True.. Let me think about it. I'll figure something out." I say while I nod with confidence.

Evi:
In two days it's Christmas Eve and our first Christmas in Germany.
I'm a little sad that we won't have a big Christmas Eve dinner with our family, but we will do to Belgium in March.
It's not that cold for the time of the year but I decide to wear a black jeans tonight.
I'm looking for a top that goes well with it and I pick out a navy blue one.
I complete my outfit with matching jewelry and shoes.

I hear a car honk and run downstairs.
I quickly grab my purse from the living room before I open the door and walk outside.
Tom is leaning against his car and immediately gets a smile on his face when he sees me.
I walk his way and give him a quick kiss on the cheek. In the corner of my eyes I can see Bill sitting in the front passenger seat.
"I thought Bill was going with Brenda?"
Tom shrugs his shoulders.
"I think they are fighting."
He opens the door for me and I get in.
"Hi." I say almost inaudible but I don't get any reaction from Bill.
I text Kim and Alicia that I'm on my way and ask them to wait outside for me.

The car ride seemed to take forever, even if it's just a 10 minute drive.
Tom parks the car and when I get out I can already see the girls standing by the entrance.
"Hi!" I yell enthusiasticly and give them both a hug.
We all go inside and meet up with Georg en Gustav, who are already a little drunk.
We get ourselves some cocktails and some shots.

"Maybe you should go easy on the alcohol."
I hear Bill say and turn my head to look at him.
"That's not really your concern, is it?" I say, clearly annoyed.
"You know what happens when you get drunk."
"And what exactly is that?"
I turn my body towards him and keep looking into his eyes as I drink another shot.
He shakes his head and looks away.
"Do whatever you want."
"I WILL!" I yell loud enough for him to hear me while he walks away from me.

I'm a little surprised when I see Tom and Leen talking to each other, but at this point I can't be bothered.
I start looking around to see if Brenda is with her, but I can't see her anywhere.
I let my arms rest on the high table where I'm standing at and finish the drink in my hand.
I turn my head in surprise when Bill comes to stand next to me.
Why is he suddenly seeking my company?
I decide not to say anything and stare at the empty glass in my hand.

The way he just stands here next to me, in silence, makes me uncomfortable. Without saying anything I start walking outside. I could really use some fresh air and I have to admit, I might have drank these shots a little to fast.
As I walk outside I send both kim and Alicia a text.

Evi: Bill is acting all weird, please come safe me!

I put my phone in my bag again and walk past the bouncer.
I immediately get goosebumps all over my body from the cold air caressing my face and arms.
I suddenly feel someone grabbing my arm and before I can react I get pulled to the side of the building.

"You need to leave him alone." Brenda says in a commanding tone.
"I don't know what you're talking about." I play dumb and look at her with a small grin on my face.
She takes a step towards me and in response I unconsciously takes a step back.
"Just leave him alone."
"Maybe you should tell him to leave me alone OR satisfy his needs so he doesn't beg me to do it."

"What are you talking about?"
"He didn't tell you?" I look at her mockingly.
"Tell me what?" I can't read the emotions on her face, but I'm to angry to care anyway.
"How he came to my room. How he wanted to fuck me. I didn't fuck him tho.. I just sucked his dick. But don't worry, I didn't finish him off, that's you job, isn't it?"
She angrily pushes me against the brick wall, holding me by my shoulders.

"You really think you are special, huh? Looks like he forgot to tell you something as well."
I look at her composed, trying to hide the fact that she scares me a little.
"Before he met you, I was his girl. He fucked me every day. He screamed my name desperately as I was on top of him, making him beg for more, giving him exactly what he wanted."
"You're lying!"
She chuckles as she let's go of my shoulders.
"He really didn't tell you? Hm, I wonder why that is."

I'm usually not the fighting type, but the way she looks at me makes me completely loose it and I jump on her, making us both fall to the ground.
It takes her no effort to turn us around and I try to grab her arms as she tries to hit me.
For a while we keep fighting which involves pulling each others hair, scratching any body parts we can reach, slapping and hitting as we roll on the ground while screaming hard enough to attract attention to us.

After what seemed like an eternity, someone pulls her off me and I see Kim on top of Brenda, punching her in the face.
Alicia tries to get them apart and when Kim let's go of Brenda, she immediately runs towards me. I do the same but before we actually get close enough someone pulls us both back.

I can feel two strong arms holding me by my waist and pulling me off the ground a little.
I look over at Brenda and see Tom holding her.
When I look down I immediately recognize the hands that are holding me.
"DON'T TOUCH ME!" I yell as I try to break free from his grip. "LET GO!"
"Calm down!" He says, still holding me firmly and taking me away from the group.

I keep kicking my legs, trying to free myself.
When my feet touch the ground again, I finally manage to pull myself loose and I turn around, facing him.
I start hitting him all over his face and body and scream: "I HATE YOU! I FUCKING HATE YOU!"

This time it's Tom grabbing me and pulling me away from Bill. "STOP TOUCHING ME!"
"Are you crazy?" Bill says while he looks at me. The look on his face is making me loose it even more.
"YOU'RE A FUCKING LIAR!" I scream.
I start walking away and I can hear someone coming after me.
"I never lied to you!"

I roll my eyes. "Are you kidding me? All you ever did was lie to me!"
As I say these words something seems to click in his head and Bills face completely changes. I can't really put a finger to it, I would even call it despondent.
He glances behind him and looks at me again, his face covered in shame mixed with sadness.

I start walking away from him and when I turn my head to look back I see him kneeling next to Brenda, who is still sitting on the ground.
I turn my head again and I can't hold back some tears. I quickly wipe them away with my hand.

"Evi?" I recognize the voice, but keep walking.
"Evi, wait."
"I'm not in the mood, Tom."
He softly grabs my arm, making me stop walking. He pulls me closer to him and wraps his arm around me. I hug him back, tears running down my cheeks and landing on his sweater.

I look up when I hear a car driving past us.
"Isn't that your car?" I look at the car driving away.
"I gave him my keys."
It's funny how he keeps calling his brother 'him', not wanting to speak his name in front of me.

He gently strokes my cheek with his hand, which makes me look at him.
He leans his face towards me a little and I can see doubt in his eyes. He looks at my lips for a second and then looks into my eyes again.
"Let's get you home."
