(Beyza & Ali - Dubai)
The luxurious villa is dimly lit, a stark contrast to the city's vibrant night outside. The clock on the wall reads past midnight. Beyza paced the living room, her face etched with worry and frustration.
The sound of a door creaking open in the silence, and she immediately looked up. Ali entered, his posture weary but his face was in a determined frown. He barely acknowledged Beyza as he heads towards the hallway. Beyza standing up from the couch, arms crossed, "Now you have the time to return home. Do you even know how many times I tried to call you? I needed you, Ali." Ali sighed, running a hand through his hair. He doesn't meet her eyes, instead focusing on removing his tie, "I was in the office, Beyza. I couldn't take your calls. I have thousands of things to do." Beyza stepped closer, her eyes flashing with hurt and anger, "Am I not important to you, Ali?" Ali exasperated, "Don't talk rubbish, Beyza. Just serve me dinner."
As he tried to move past her, Beyza grabbed his arm, holding him in place. Her grip is firm, her eyes searching for any sign of guilt in his eyes, "Tell me, Ali. Am I not important to you anymore?"Ali's patience snapped. He yanks his arm free from her grasp, glaring at her. "What happened? Huh? Why were you calling me?" Beyza's eyes well up with tears, her voice trembling with the weight of her emotions, "Hakan was in lockup, Ali. Do you even know what condition I was in at that time? And you... you weren't there with me."
Ali's expression softened for a brief moment, but then he hardened again, trying to maintain his composure, "Look... I admit I was busy, okay? But your brother-he's always like this. Gambling, bad company... he must have done something again."
Beyza shook her head, her disappointment palpable. She took a step back, her voice barely whispered, "Leave it, Ali. It's better not to talk to you." Ali opens his mouth to respond, but no words come out. He watched as Beyza turned away from him.
(The middle of the road)
Their eyes locked, molten pools of desire flickering in the dim light, and Alihan felt an inexplicable pull towards her, a magnetic force he couldn't resist. Her lips gently brushed against his in a featherlight caress, searing through the barriers of roles that once stood between them. The moment was shattering the walls of formality that had kept their souls caged for far too long. Yet, neither of them was ready to fully initiate something so forbidden. Zeynep silently pleaded, "God, if this is right for me, if this love is meant to be, then give me a sign." As if in answer to her prayer, a rumble of thunder echoed through the night sky, the sound reverberating through their very souls, shaking them to their core. But neither of them flinched or moved away, their bodies so close together, their breaths mingling in the charged air, the rain dripping from their hair and clinging to their flushed
skin.
Emboldened by the sign from above, Zeynep moved closer a bit. Alihan, still hesitant yet utterly captivated. Zeynep smiled, a breathless, radiant smile that spoke volumes of her newfound joy. She loosened her grip on the umbrella, symbolising the societal roles on them. She threw and let it clatter to the ground, the rain drenching them both, baptizing them in this newfound closeness felt so right, cleansing away the shackles of society that had bound them for far too long. He felt her presence completely and couldn't stop himself from responding. The kiss grew fervent, full of longing. The professional wall between them as teacher and student crumbled away.
Alihan returned her ardor, kissing Zeynep with unrestrained passion and love. When he finally had to pull away, gasping, Zeynep simply cupped his face and captured his lips again, unwilling to let go. When they finally break apart, they are breathless, their foreheads resting against each other. "Umm...aa.." Zeynep tried to speak but Alihan interrupted her, "Shh..," He cradled her face in his hands, his thumb brushing away a stray raindrop from her cheek. He whispered, "This is right. This feels so right." As they stand there, drenched and smiling, they know that whatever happens next, they will face it together.
