034 | Sacrifice

"The sacrifice is complete in stages as the full moon sets. First, the werewolf is killed, then the vampire, finally the doppelgänger." Elijah explains as he, Stefan, Alaric and Alexia are walking in the woods. "Once Elena dies, the curse will be broken. Klaus will become hybrid."

"So when do we attack?" Alaric asks.

"Elena's death will active his dormant werewolf side. He'll be vulnerable during the transformation. Bonnie comes in." Elijah continues to explains.

"And are you sure Bonnie will survive?" Alexia asks weakly.

He nods, "if she can deliver him to the brink of death, I'll finish the job myself."

Stefan's phone rings as he answers.

"He's got Jenna, Stefan." Alexia hears Damon say over the phone as she shakes her head.

"No, no, no." She walks to him weakly.

"What is it? What's wrong?" Alaric asks confused.

"He's going to use her as the vampire in the ritual." Damon says over the phone as Alexia starts to tear up.

He can't, not her. She couldn't loose her aunt. He had no right. She feels like her world is falling apart, she never felt that way since her parents death. She feels like she can't breathe anymore. How could she? Klaus was going to sacrifice Jenna. Was it because of what she said earlier? She has no idea, but she felt herself choking on her tears.

Klaus looks down knowing that right now, Alexia didn't want to be touched by him. So he sends a look to his sister who nods and they changes places.

"It's going to be okay.." Rebekah whispers hugging her as Alexia sobs and Klaus watches them sadly.

"Oh, my god."

"Why did he take Jenna?" Bonnie asks Elijah, Stefan and Alexia.

"A punishment. Klaus was gonna use Tyler and Caroline. Damon rescued them." Stefan says as he holds Alexia who's silently crying.

"Then we need to go. Now. Before Jenna's been sacrificed. I can kill Klaus," Bonnie tells them.

"Bonnie, if you use that much power, you'll be dead. We've already been through this. It's not an option."

Elijah looks at them in silence, what he knows is that Klaus did a mistake by taking Jenna. That if he survives and doesn't die, it will be hard for him to get to her.

"Neither is letting Jenna die," Bonnie crosses her arms watching he best friend cry with tears in her eyes.

"Stefan would agree with you," Elijah finally says.

"We're gonna offer another vampire." Stefan says as Alexia looks at him with a frown. "One that he'll want more. Me."

Alexia shakes her head, "Stefan, no."

"Bonnie did the locator spell. They're at Steven's Quarry," Elijah informs Alexia and Stefan.
