✩░𝐀 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞░✩

"Shadow?!" - So

Yelled the group out in shock.

"Can't believe you are so weak, Sonic. Getting hit once and you're already down." - Sh

Shadow looked displeased back at the blue hedgehog before charging towards the giant robot, his jet boots leaving smog in their wake. He spin dashes on to the top of the robot, hitting it's head once before ripping it off, flipping the head upside down and taking out a Chaos emerald out of it. At that moment the robot began to fall forward, the black hedgehog jumping off of the robot and starting to rush away from the location, giving Sonic a displeased look before focusing back on the road before him.

Sonic just layed there confused, looking at Shadow vanish in the distance. With that Eggman gathered his forces and the scraps of Giantbot, running away. Once the coast was clear, the group rushed to Sonic.

"Sonic! Are you okay?!" - A, T

Tails and Knuckles carefully lifted Sonic off of the ground, placing his arms on their shoulders.

"I'm a bit dizzy but nothing I can't handle." - S

He said as he almost fell out of balance after letting go of his friends shoulders, them catching him again.

"Stop being so rash. You need to rest." - A

Said Amy with worry as she tried to find a way she could help aswell. The group brought Sonic to his house and carefully laid him on his hammock that was tied to two large pillars within it, then left the blue hedgehog to rest.

Sonic pondered as his house fell silent, his gaze switching between the ceiling and his hand. He couldn't believe how easily he got knocked down. He clenched his fists and motivated himself: "I won't let myself get distracted that easily again!" He thought to himself.

With that he braided his fingers together as he placed his hands on his stomach, closing his eyes, taking a rest in his quiet little home.

The next day a soft knock could be heard on the door. Sonic woke up to the noise and spoke as he sat up.

"Come on in!" - S

The door slowly opened only to reveal Amy, Cream and Cheese the Chao. They with careful steps made their way inside.

"Hi Sonic. How do you feel?" - A

Amy asked with curiousity.

"I feel much better. Thank you for helping me out yesterday." - S

Said the blue hedgehog as he placed his hand on his shoulder, doing circular motions with it, a wide grin visible on his face. Amy's lips to that curled up into a smile of relief.

"If you ever have any complaints, Cream said she could try and help you with some medical treatment." - A

Sonic raised one of his eyebrows, the grin still not dissapearing from his face as he looked at Cream who was currently standing slightly behind Amy.

"Oh really? I didn't know you were knowledgeable in that department!" - S

Cream just smiled, nodding. Suddenly Amy spoke out, holding out a basket towards the blue Hedgehog.

"Since yesterday you had to leave early I packed up some food for you from the picnic!" - A

The moment the blue hedgehog spotted the pile of chilidogs in the basket his eyes lit up. He grinned and then looked back at the pink one.
