Episode 4

The next day

Jenny, Mer, Prewa, and Lookaew gathered in the university's backyard together with Anda and Atom.

"Hey, are you all going to that Pelta school?" asked Atom.

"Yes, but we want to ask for your help, can you and Atom assist us?" asked Jenny.

"What do you need help with, Jenny?" asked Anda.

"Can you accompany us later? Because Prewa and Lookaew are scared," replied Jenny.

"Okay, but won't it be risky?" asked Anda.

"Oh, don't worry about that. You and Atom just need to wait inside the school. We'll go in and come out together," answered Jenny.

"Okay, sounds good," said Anda.

On the other side...

"Hey Noon, do you want to come with me?" asked Devi.

"Where are we going?" asked Noon.

"To Pelta school, of course," replied Devi.

"Are we going just the two of us?" asked Noon.

"Of course, we can't invite Anda and Atom. If they find out we're pulling this prank, we're done for," replied Devi.

"Yeah, I know, but I'm scared," said Noon.

"What? I thought you were brave," replied Devi.

"I heard that school is really haunted," said Noon.

"Come on, let's just go. We'll go together," replied Devi.

"Yeah, but promise you won't leave me behind," said Noon.

"I promise," replied Devi.

As they were chatting, Anda and Atom appeared.

"What are you guys talking about?" asked Anda.

"Just small talk," replied Noon.

"Do you want to join us later? We're going to play soccer," said Atom.

"No thanks, we have plans," replied Devi.

"What plans? Tell us," said Anda.

"Oh, it's a secret. Only Noon and I know," replied Devi.

"Yeah, right. Okay, see you tomorrow," said Anda as he walked away.

Now it was just Devi and Noon again.

"Phew, good thing we didn't get caught by Anda," said Devi.

If they knew, we would be in trouble, replied Noon.

**POV Anda**

"Hey Atom, it's funny watching Devi and Noon. They want to trick us, but we already know," Anda said with a small laugh.

"Exactly, Anda. Do they think we're still kids? Easy to fool?" Atom replied.

"I'm sure Noon will sit right behind Devi. She's so scared," Anda said.

"Hahaha, I hope they get really disturbed," Atom replied.

"That's what they get. How could they prank our junior? But I'm noticing that all our juniors are quite smart," Anda said.

"Yeah, especially with Nong Mer," Atom smiled happily.

"Hey, I said all the juniors, not just Nong Mer," Anda teased.

"Hehe, sorry," Atom replied with a sheepish grin.

**Afternoon**

All of them had gathered in front of Pelta school while Devi and Noon watched from a distance, waiting for them to enter the school.

"Are we really going in? I'm scared," said Prewa, frightened.

"Don't worry, Anda and Atom are already waiting inside," replied Jenny.

"Are you sure?" asked Lookaew.

"Yes, I'm sure," Jenny said.

"Then go ahead," Lookaew urged.

"I... I want to walk in the middle," replied Jenny.

"Why? Just walk in first, Jenny. Let me and Prewa be in the middle and Mer at the back," Lookaew insisted.

"I'm scared too, actually," Jenny said with a sheepish grin.

"Hey, I thought you were brave! We just cancelled our plan earlier, remember?" interrupted Prewa.

"Stop arguing, let me go in first. You three follow behind me," said Mer.

"You're brave now," Jenny retorted.

"She's brave because Atom is with her," Lookaew teased.

"Oh, I see. Okay, let's follow her," Prewa said.

They began walking in, following Mer. Once inside, they saw Anda and Atom waiting for them in the school.

"Wow, my heart is racing. Good thing Anda is here," Lookaew said, winking at Anda.

"Hey, don't flirt in front of us right now. Let's get out of here," Mer replied.

They all exited through the door that Jenny had indicated.

**POV Noon**

"Hey Devi, I'm scared," Noon said anxiously.

"Don't be scared, I'm here," replied Devi.

"But it's getting dark. Are you sure you want to go in?" asked Noon.

"Of course! Besides, all our juniors are already inside," Devi replied.

"Okay..." Noon said, resigned.

"Let's go follow them," Devi urged.

Noon, feeling resigned, followed Devi from behind and entered the school.

"Hey, where are the kids? It's so quiet," Noon questioned.

"How would I know, Noon?" answered Devi.

"Maybe they've already left," said Noon.

"Left? Did you see them leave earlier?" asked Devi.

"I didn't see them," Noon replied.

"Let's just walk ahead," Devi suggested.

The two of them walked around searching for their juniors. As they walked, Noon's shoelaces came undone, so she paused for a moment to tie them. Devi didn't notice that Noon had stopped and continued walking until she felt someone gripping her hand tightly.

"Ouch, Noon! Why are you grabbing my hand so hard?" asked Devi.

Devi kept her eyes forward, while Noon followed her from behind.

"Ouch, you're hurting my hand," Devi snapped.

Noon, hearing from a distance, shouted to Devi.

"Hey Devi, wait for me!" Noon yelled.

"Why are you shouting? I'm just behind you," replied Devi.

She still didn't realize that Noon had fallen behind. Suddenly, she thought,

"Wait, why did Noon yell just now? Isn't she behind me? And she's gripping my hand too tightly," Devi thought to herself.

Then she decided to look back, shocked to see a hand gripping her own without a body attached to it.

"Aaaaa..." she screamed.

She then ran off, leaving Noon behind.

"Hey Devi! Don't leave me!" Noon shouted.

Noon followed Devi out of the school.

Once they were outside, they found all the juniors together with Anda and Atom in front of them.

"Exhausted, right, Devi? Noon?" Anda asked.

Noon and Devi fell to the ground, tired from the run.

"W-why are you all here?" Devi asked.

"I'll explain tomorrow. For now, we should go back," answered Anda.
