She slowly recovered from her miscarriage, but she couldn't escape the memories of him—his scent, his touch, the way his eyes always admired her, and those hands that constantly reached out to her, lingering in every moment.

In the meantime, he couldn't bear the weight of her memories and was at a loss for how to atone for the terrible wrong he had done to her. Unable to face her, not a single day passed without him looking at her pictures. For every loving moment they shared, one question haunted him: Why? Why? Why?

Both of their parents worried alot about them, but they gave enough space, knowing that drift should be solved by their own rather than being forced.

One fine day, Bharathy, Thamizh's best friend who had always listened to her one-sided love stories and supported her, called and reached out to her with genuine concern

"Epdi irukaa........." Bharathy asked and Thamizh remained mum for a while then answered her.

"Iruken...." She answered sadly with a low tone of voice.

"Kelvipaten ellam... Yendi ivolo aasa pattu destiny ah paathu avara avolo kathalichu katunathu ithuku thaana?! Rendu perum konjem pesi than paarungalen." Bharathy advised holding a genuine concern for her friend

"Therla di,ana enna thaan avara thedunalume avar enkita apdi nadanthukitatha maraka mudila..." She let her heart out,she scrunched the bedsheet not bearing the pain she holds in her heart.

"Konjem ukkanthu rendu perum pesi paarunga, evolo aasa patta, evolo aluthurupa nee avarukaga, ellame ipdi velagi nikava sollu, poi pesu di" She told a solution as she knew their story and the love they hold for eachother.

After this they continued talking about general things like how's their life and what's their career was about to...

"Jb naan civil services exam ku prepare pana start panalam nu iruken, oru academy la join um paniten" Said thamizh.

"Nalla decison thaan, neeyum ethana naal ipdi veetlaye mudangitu irupa,go,meet new people, epdi college mudichitu mathiyam pora maariya" Asked Bharathy

"Hmm,ana PG final year ngrathunala neraiya internships, courses nu orey alachala irukku, suthama rest eh illa" Thamizh was so tired of her mental and physical exhaustion, when vardhan was by her side she couldn't even felt the weight,he made her feel so weightless and  studying in the same college which he did makes her think about him always.

One day, Thamizh was getting ready for college, her routine a little more hectic than usual as she also had to prepare for her civil services coaching classes later in the day. Her days had grown busier ever since she began balancing both, but her drive to succeed kept her focused.

As she stood in front of the mirror, fixing her hair, her mind wandered to the recent fight with Vardhan. Though she had been staying at her parents' house since the miscarriage, the weight of their unresolved issues still lingered in her heart. The distance between them had been hard, and despite her efforts to focus on her studies, thoughts of him constantly crept in.

Thamizh’s bike sputtered and refused to start, frustration bubbled up inside her. She sighed, kicking the stand back into place and decided to walk to the nearby bus stop. Her thoughts were already scattered from the morning, and now this delay added to her anxiety. She pulled her lime-colored kurti straight, adjusting the black stole wrapped around her neck, and started her walk.
