On the streets of Lothal, a backwater world on the fringes of the Outer Rim, merchants were trying to sell their goods and produce while Stormtroopers and low-level officers patrolled the area. One Gotal, a humanoid alien race, was trying to sell some fruit when a few stormtroopers and two officers approached him. One was skinny and built like a bug while the other was burly and big.

"Your identification, now." the bigger officer demanded.

"I'm just trying to sell a couple jogans here." the merchant argued.

"All trade must be registered with the Empire." the skinny imperial added.

"I remember what it was like before your ships showed up, before you imperials ruined Lothal like the rest of the galaxy."

The skinny officer snarled and pulled out his communicator. "This is LRC-01. I'm bringing in a citizen under a charge of treason."

"Copy that LRC-01, dispatch to cell block AA-33."

"Take him away."

Stromtroopers moved forward and dragged the merchant away, "You can't do this!"

The burly officer didn't care. "Oh, yeah? Who's gonna stop us? You? You?" he chuckled sinisterly as he looked to the crowd and picked up the giant basket of fruit.

A boy with neck-length blue hair approached the scene with his head down and his hands out. He wore an orange jumpsuit with a wrist mounted stun blaster and a random piece of armor on his right shin.

"Hey mister, spare a jogan?" he asked in a weak voice.

"Move long, Loth-rat."

"Sorry, sorry not looking for any trouble." the boy walked off and smirked. "But it sure has a way of finding me."

On the Imperial comm channel, a new voice rang out. "All officers to the main square! This is a code red emergency!"

The scrawny officer looked back at the merchant, "It's your lucky day, Lothal scum. You two, come with us!"

As they left, the boy returned holding the officer's communicator, "Stay on alert! Repeat, this is a code red!" he turned off the device and started picking up the fruit.

"Thank you!" the Gotal cried out.

The boy took some of the fruit and put it in his bag, "No, thank you."

"Wait wait, what are you doing?"

"Hey, a kid's gotta eat." the boy smirked than ran off, climbing up the merchant stalls and to the rooftops.

"Who is that kid?"

The boy kept running until he came across the main square, where he found a decent amount of imperials gathering around thanks to his fake distress call. Both officers were present and looked visibly confused and irritated that it was a ruse. Everyone seemed perplexed as nothing appeared to be wrong in the area.

"Copy that. We have reached the location and we are standing by." a Stormtrooper officer called out on comms.

"What's the emergency?" the second officer asked.

"Emergency?"

The bigger man stepped forward. "You called in a code red."

"I'm not sure what you mean. My orders are to get these crates to the Imperial portal."

"Well, get them loaded then!" the Commandant ordered.

The boy chuckled at the Stormtrooper's plight, "Almost feel bad for them." Just then, the blue-haired teenager felt a whisper. "That was weird I..."
