I feel nervous for what I'm about to do, this is my first time without Mingi.
What if I don't enjoy myself?
When I brought up Park to my bestfriend Arlene, she told me today was his birthday.
After work, I gotta go get a few things for today, so ima leave early.
I don't care if it will come out of my check, I really need to €um.
After a while I figured it was time, so I went to go see my boss.
Y-sir?
I said popping my head in his office. He looked over and smiled when he seen me, beaconing me over.
Boss-yes?
Y-Uh, I just wanted, uh...I wanted to know if I could leave early?
I said stammering, nervously at my words.
Boss-u been out a whole week
Y-Just this once...my problem is creeping up.
He sighed.
Boss-How about you, just work from home then
HES FIRING ME?!
Y-Sir I-
Boss-No, its not what you think y/n. I'm saying I'm gonna give you, the website so you can work from home.
I sighed in relief, calming down.
Y-really?
Boss-Yes.
He nodded at me.
Boss-We need you here Yn. You are a damn good asset to our company.
I smiled at the comment blushing and nodding.
Y-Thank you, sir.
I said trying to contain myself.
B-You start tomorrow, alright?
Y-Yes, sir.
I leave the room going to my office, clearing it. My friends must've seen, since they came over.
Ki-Yn, what happened?!
She said worried.
Ar-Are you fired?!
Bo-Did you, try to come on, to the boss again?
Y-Girl, calm down and no. I'm leaving for my appointment. I'm working from home, so I'll see you soon, goodbye.
They all shook they head at me in disbelief.
Ar-I created a monster. Ain't no way, you're that bad, boss is making you work from home.
