Pixal walked slowly behind Borg, of course she was the one pushing his wheelchair so she sort of had to. Pixal didn't mind either way she was used to it.

"This is where the main factory will be. It's already in its last stages before its completion."

Pixal looked around with a sort of awe to her which was extremely unusual for her. She wasn't used to being wondrous. As they walked along she noticed more and more. Borg turned to look behind him at the silent droid. To his surprise her eyes seemed to lit up, her green eyes seemed so full of something he couldn't quite comprehend. He let out a soft chuckle watching Pixal's face twist and turn into a smile that seemed almost genuine. It almost felt as if she was actually enjoying herself. Borg was surprised at her sudden interest but he found it intriguing.

"Do you see something that interests you, Pixal?" Borg mentioned.

"The technology is incredible. They are all different, different colors, shapes, and sizes. It amazes me to see such variation. The different tasks each perform and the purpose they serve for humanity." She responded with an almost child-like glee.

"Yes, technology is an amazing thing. I'm glad you can agree!" Borg smiled, proud of his work. He felt a sort of pride to see the female droid light up so much. It was not like her to be this excited.

Pixal slowly pushed Borg along as he pointed out different things to her and surprisingly she didn't actually mind. She felt intrigued with everything he said. She actually felt herself leaning forward to hear him better. She asked questions every now and then just to hear Borg speak about all the wonderful bits of technology she passed. Some were still in the building stages and some hadn't yet been turned on but Pixal loved seeing them all nonetheless. She felt something else for the first time. It wasn't curiosity, it was what the internet described as wonder. Not the kind of wonder that one might have when they wondered how something worked, not the kind of wonder that another might feel when wondering why something happened. The kind of wonder Pixal felt was a sort of feeling of surprise mixed with admiration. She knew how everything worked down to the very metal that made up the technology. She admired all the time and detail put into each piece. Each bit of technology was perfect, nothing was out of place, everything did what it was supposed to do. They all functioned exactly how they were created to.

She took in a deep breath and breathed in the scent of molten metal and fresh paint. The kind of smell that might make someone nauseous who hadn't been used to it but for Pixal it was comforting. It was nice if she could even describe it as such. When she looked around Borg Industries she felt a sense of belonging. She didn't feel out of place or inhuman, she felt as if everything was well, like her. Borg was saying something but Pixal wasn't listening this time. Her mind raced with hundreds of thoughts. She let her wonder flow freely in her subconscious. She didn't even realize she had made it to the end of the hallway.

"Pixal you can take us back to the front now, I hope you enjoyed yourself." Borg smiled.

Pixal gave a soft nod "If I might ask where does the elevator go?"

"Oh that goes all over the tower, you can get to any floor using it." Borg responded.

Pixal nodded once more and turned him around. She walked a little faster this time but didn't stop admiring the technology in each room. She smiled a normal smile but this time it was more real than it had been. She looked at each screen with interest even if it had nothing on it. Even if some things were powered off she still found them wonderful. Borg seemed to notice Pixal's wonder was much more than she let on. Usually he ignored her because she didn't have much emotion but this time he looked at her differently. It was as if she wasn't just an emotionless droid as she had said she was since he created her. Borg thought this was a sign. A sign that she could feel emotions that maybe she wasn't as lifeless as she looked all the time.
