A/n: There have been a lot of questions about this Royalty AU, from the country to the characters to everything in between. So, to keep track of all the questions and so that y'all can find out more about this AU, I'll be posting any questions I get here! Please feel free to leave a comment if you have any other questions or need further clarification.
This Q&A is split into three main parts:

1. General Information
Q: Will all the chapters be split into parts?
A: Most likely yes. Most of them I am planning on splitting into three parts, but it depends on the size/content of each PJ chapter.
Q: Are you going to rewrite/change parts of the PJ books?
A: I don't believe so. The only thing I was considering changing was taking out Percabeth, but as of now I am keeping it in.
Q: Will the characters ever read during the lunch break? Or will they just eat?
A: Nope! The characters will stick to eating and talking during the lunch break.
Q: Do the characters feel emotional pain as well as physical?
A: Yes, the characters feel the strong emotions their book counterparts do as well as the physical injuries and pain.
Q: Will you use Percy Jackson's Greek Gods for the myth break?
A: I have debated this, and no, I will not. I will use it as a reference point for when I write the myth breaks, but I will not use the exact text. I want a more objective retelling of the myths because the characters are learning about these stories completely from scratch.
Q: How will the characters find out about the no DNA between Gods?
A: They will either figure it out on their own as the chapters progress or they will find it out from the myth breaks.
2. Characters
Q: How do you explain how Percy, Jason, etc. were named in this AU as they were named after Greek heroes?
A: For the most part they are just names. For Percy, Sally and Poseidon did agree to give him a Greek name, and Sally wanted one that Percy could have a more Americanized nickname for if he wished to use it. So when Poseidon suggested some names, they chose Perseus as he could go by Percy if he wanted to.
Q: Are the Gods still Zeus' children?
A: Nope, none of them are. They all have different backstories, and Zeus' only children are Jason and Thalia.
Q: Do Silena and Piper have the same mom? Do Leo and Beckendorf have the same dad?
A: Yes! More information on their backstory will be explained over the course of the fic.
Q: Is Gabe in the Royalty AU?
A: Yes, he is. You can find out more about his part in the story throughout this fic.
Q: Who are monsters like Scylla and Echidna and witches like Circe and Medea?
A: Monsters don't really have a counterpart in the Royalty AU, for the most part. There may be some monsters that have Royal versions, but it's unlikely to be many.
Q: Is Jason still Roman or is he Greek since Zeus does not have Greek and Roman forms?
A: Technically he's Olympian, but for all it's worth he's Greek. Olympia is very similar to Greece both geographically and with their traditions and mannerisms, so really there isn't too much of a difference. But yes, Jason is Greek.
3. History/Geography:
Q: Where is Olympia?
A: Olympia is like North-Eastern compared to Greece, bordering Greece, Macedonia, and Bulgaria.
Q: When was Olympia created?
A: Olympia used to be a part of Greece until they declared independence from the country in the late 18th century before the Greek War of Independence.
Q: What is Olympia's capital?
A: Olympia's capital is where the palace resigns as well as some of the important ambassador buildings and city hall-type things. I don't have a name for it as of yet, but I'll mention it if I do.
Q: Was Olympia part of/Is Olympia Greece?
A: Yes, Olympia was once part of Greece.
Q: Does Greek mythology exist?
A: Despite Olympia once being a part of Greece, no, Greek mythology does not exist.
Q: Were they part of the Ottoman Empire?/ Did Olympia join the Axis or allies?/Who did Olympia join in the Cold War?
A: Olympia, like Greece, joined the Allied powers but would have tried to remain as neutral as possible in a lot of wars and conflicts unless it was something they glaringly disagreed with, and even then they wouldn't always step in.
Q: How much do the people like the monarchy? (Is there a Democracy movement or is it a UK situation where they are more symbolic and would likely be deposed if they flexed their power?)
A: So because I want the country and people to be happy, and just because this was what I decided, it is not so much a UK situation, but there's no Democracy movement or anything like that. The rulers of Olympia have a lot more power and say than the rulers of the UK, and the people are content with their rulers.
Q: Is Olympia part of the EU and Europe?
A: Yes, it is! A lot of the questions like this will be partially based on Greece, just because they are so similar to each other.
Q: What is the influence of Olympia on the world?
A: Olympia isn't a too well-known country, for example if you asked a random person on the street of most countries not surrounding Olympia, they wouldn't know what it was. That doesn't mean Olympia hasn't made contributions to the world as a whole, people just wouldn't really know it was Olympia that made it.
Q: If Greece does exist then how do places with mythology-inspired names like Athens get their names?
A: It's like the myth-inspired character names, they were just sort of named that
Q: Is Olympia Rich?
A: Olympia is a pretty rich country with plenty of money to spare. The Royal Family in particular is very rich, but the country's economy in general is very prosperous.
Q: What was Olympia's Religion pre-Christianity (I'm assuming they were Christian)?
A: Like mythology, I'm not really focusing on religion in this AU, but if I had to say, I think most of Olympia would either be Atheists or Agnostics.
Q: Who were the Kings/Queens before Gaea? Was it Chaos? (If so, who was it before them? Or did Olympia not exist before then?)
A: Gaea and Ouranos' parents won't have a Percy Jackson equivalent, but Gaea was not the first ruler of Olympia. In this fic Gaea and Ouranos' parents won't really be explored or talked about at all
