Lizzie's POV
"You know you don't have to come" I say as I get ready.
"But I want to, I want to support you"
A phrase I never heard in my previous relationship.
Today are the Oscars and I've been nominated for Best Actress, which I'm very happy about. Y/n and I haven't really made our relationship public yet, but we're not hiding either.

"You look good" she says when she sees me in my dress.
"You don't look bad either" I reply and look at her in her great suit. I give her a kiss before we set off. While we're in the limo on the way to the red carpet, she has her hand on my thigh. I'm always pretty nervous before something like this, lots of people, lots of paparazzi, lots of interviews. But I know that y/n is there and that really calms me down.

"My mom asks if we all want to go out for dinner afterwards" I ask y/n, having just read her message.
"I'd love to, I haven't seen her for a long time"
"We were just there last week" I say with a laugh.
"I really like your family" she says and gives me a kiss on the cheek, which makes me grin.

It's not long before we arrive and when we get out of the car, I can hardly see for the flashes, but y/n holds my hand and leads me along the path inside. I can hear everyone calling our names, but we don't respond.

When we arrive on the red carpet and pictures are taken of us, y/n doesn't leave my side and I have to say, she looks really good in the light here. "You have to look to the front" she whispers in my ear.
"I think this view is much better" I say.
"Oh yeah?" she grins at me and for a moment we have this intense eye contact and then I didn't care. I give her a kiss, I can hear cheering in the background, but I tune it out. We haven't really said it publicly yet, but I'm not hiding anything, people can know.

"Are you two a couple now?" is asked later in the interviews and we always answer yes, we are.

...

"And the Oscar for Best Actress goes to... Elizabeth Olsen!"
At that moment I was over the moon, I didn't expect to win and yet I'm so happy about everything. I stand up and look to my left when I saw y/n. The look she gives me, I can't describe it, but I love it. Before I go on stage, she gives me another kiss. Thank you, now my tummy is tingling even more.

"That's my girl" I hear her shout as I stand on stage and accept the award.

After having dinner with my parents and my siblings, we arrive back at y/n's. We only spend time at her house because I just don't feel comfortable in my own home anymore. Every little corner reminds me of Robbie, so I don't like being there anymore.

"I have a little present for you" says y/n.
"Oh yeah?" I ask as I turn to her.
She hands me a small box and I happily accept it.
When I open it, I see a necklace.
"Wow, that's beautiful"
"Not as beautiful as you" she says and grabs my hip.
"I'm so proud of you" she says and gives my forehead a kiss.
"I have another present for you"
"You don't always have to give me presents" I say with a grin.
"Just open it" she says after handing me another box.
"Okay" I say and open it.
There's a key in the box.

"A key?"
"To my house, I know it might be a little early, but I know you're not comfortable at your house anymore and you're with me all the time anyway. But I thought maybe we could make it official. You could get your things here and move in with me."
"Are you sure?" I ask, a little confused.
"More than anything"
I have to start grinning.
"Yes"
"Yes?" she asks.
"Yes" I answer again and she gives me a kiss.
"I love you so much"
"I love you too" I reply.
