Weeks of having your own bodyguard/best friend handing you your ass gets frustrating very quickly, but I had a secret weapon.
"Saff" I sped up to close the gap in the hallway
"What's up?" she had been busy with her training schedule so we had hardly seen her
"Theo is actually kicking my ass," she giggled at me
"So what do you want me to do about it"
"Do you think you could help me beat him?" she cocked her eyebrow at me.
"I haven't trained with Theo for about five years," that was news to me, "but if you can get him to meet me in the garden in an hour to spar I'll let you know if I can help" she winked at me and then checked the watch around her wrist.
"When did you get that?" she never wore jewellery around her wrists so seeing a watch was odd
"Dawn gave it to me as my phone was taken when I got here" I patted at the phone in my pocket
"they took your phone?" she nodded and looked at the watch again "Oh sorry, we will meet you in an hour" I watched her rush away down the hallway, her work out gear clinging to her from the sweat. I'd never seen that she had a tattoo that spanned, from what I could see, her whole back.

I wandered back to Theo but my mind was still replaying the image of her walking away.
"Dude," I snapped back at the sound of his voice "where have you been?" I smirked at him
"I bumped into your sister, and she asked me to see if you want to spar with her in an hour" Theo's face lit up,
"Where?" the excitement engulfed his words causing me to laugh slightly.
"The garden," he grabbed me by the wrist and started hurtling down the corridor "Dude we have an hour chill out" he didn't even look back at me
"I have to get prepared,"
"so I'm getting my ass handed to me again" I rolled my eyes, I was starting to feel like I was going insane doing the same thing over and over.
"We don't know that"
"We do and shouldn't you conserve your energy, we've seen your sister fight and she is relentless" I thought back to the soulless look she had to her eyes when she was fighting Caroline.
"She won't be trying to kill me," he smirked at me "I'm not the enemy" he was definitely about to get himself killed but I didn't want to crush his excitement.

Watching him bob up and down waiting for Saff to arrive was actually more entertaining then I thought it would be. When she finally appeared she was being trailed by Dawn who seemed less then cheery. When she dropped down next to me holding Saff's training bag I couldn't help but pry.
"What's up?" she turned to face me and I noticed the fear in her eyes.
"I've been begging her not to do this" I tilted my head in response to her "She is going to kill her brother" I couldn't help but let out the laugh I tried to hold back, the look of concern on her face made me pull myself back together.
"I said the same thing to Theo but he assured me that she doesn't see him as the enemy" I rolled my eyes at the words coming out my own mouth. Dawn didn't seem to believe me either so I decided for her peace of mind and mine that I should probably set some better rules then this place does.
"Right we need rules" I stood between them both, Saff smiled thankfully at me "If one of you taps out you stop, no serious maiming each other and" I looked at Saff "No head locks, they seem lethal"

Theo looked like a wounded puppy,
"Why are you putting handicaps on its just a spar" I shot him a dirty look and jerked my head in the direction of Dawn who looked like a puddle of worry. Theo looked at her and stopped sulking
"Fine, I accept the rules"
"Saff?" I glanced towards her and our eyes met
"I'm okay with that" she smiled softly, I felt a strange feeling in my stomach and cleared my throat.
"Well have at it then"
