*Squad 3/En Route to Scene*
"House Fire, 778 Maple Street. Engine 51, Truck 81, Ambulance 61"
"Yo, Patterson, Severide, Voight. How soon till you can take Darden off my hands?" The voice of their brother Lieutenant Matt Casey inquired over the radio.
Captain Y/N Voight looked over at her brothers, Captain Dallas Patterson, and Lieutenant Kelly Severide. We smirked before we we reach up to activate their radio's.
"Andy, makes Squad the day after we're no longer in charge." The trio replied in sync, letting out a couple warm chuckles at the laughter that followed.
"Can't forget Herrera." The voice of her other brother, Travis Montgomery inquired over the radio.
"Stop Trav." I smiled, and joked.
The rigs suddenly took a sharp turned and all of the firefighters were met with the sight of smoke billowing out of the windows of a green two story house.
*778 Maple Street: House Fire*
Kelly and I surveyed the scene, spotting Matt Casey, with Andrea "Andy" Herrera who is the Captain's daughter, two of our father figures: Bobby Nash which he is the Captain on Truck 118, and Pruitt Herrera is the Captain of Truck 19 talking to a blond woman in light blue blouse and magenta sweater.
They began walking in that direction and got there just as a fellow firefighter, Christopher Hermann, one of our father figures helped her over to the paramedics.
"Think there's a guy in the attic?" Matt explained, as we came up beside them.
"I'll raise the aerial." Andrew Darden, the subject of their conversation, offered and rushed back over to Truck 81 without another word.
"He could be on the stairs, in the hallway, anywhere." Kelly pointed out. "We'll go in back, work our way up." He decided walking towards the house before stopping and turning back to us. "Case of beer we get to him first."
"Don't make me pull rank on you, Lieutenant." I warned. "Cause you know I'll will."
He just grinned and ran the rest of the way, making her and Andrea's head shake.
"Was Severide always suck a cocky prick?" The Truck Lieutenants and Captains rolled their eyes, and looked up at Andrew who was already halfway up the rig with Evan "Buck" Buckley who is on Truck 118 and Jack Gibson who's on Truck 19 and both best friends of Y/N.
"Only since Kindergarten." they replied, as Battalion Chief Wallace Boden, a father figure and Uncle to Y/N appeared next to her.
"This is Chief Boden. Want an inch and 3/4 on the front. Need two 2 1/2s on the neighbors' houses. We want our entrance through the rear and ground ladders to the roof."
Andrea and I let our gaze wander over to the aerial.
"Severide, do we have a vent? Darden!" Matt says, as Andrew breaks the window.
"We're good." Andy says, looking back at Matt, Evan, and Jack.
"Darden, we didn't get the all clear wait." Jack says
"I don't care. I need to find him." Andy says, as he start going in.
"Casey, there's no vent." Kelly yelled through our radios.
