The plan was on set to get rid of the mutagen and send it back until it backfired that the metal cart were pushed away then mutagen fall out of tank and finally ends up mutating her including Timothy too, that she had end up mutating and transforming into a cat as for Timothy that he ended up painfully transforming into a gigantic transparent blob with only his vital human organs floating around inside the mass. After they got out of building as it had explodes and the Turtles, along with the contained Timothy, escape unharmed. The Turtles then decide to keep him, as Donnie will try to figure out some plausible way to cure him. It will be a safe measure for Kathleen to be in this state...or is it..?
