The pair of couple for Zaina and Raph are seem to be steady but it never went well as Raphael had confirmed the relationship with Mona Lisa that she came to the picture causing Zaina to he drifted apart. Zaina isn't thrilled in the slightest that her soul mate has a crush on this alien lizard chick. After they kiss, she avoids Raph along with Kathleen who's avoiding Leo for the same reasons. She does this for the next few episodes while often to argue with him while Zaina would consuming the relationship with someone else who would understand her unlike Palmerita who made friends with Koda, it will be the another male salamander name Dral'ix.
