There is a wolf necklace that glows up and ever since it got mutated as the krrang got the necklace make the project that they want to sent it to Shredder but soon it got stolen by Jack Kurtzman. It said that necklace need someone to be wear on the anyone's neck in order for them to be a mutant wolf/werewolf. It's revealed in "Krrang Conspiracy" that Kathleen eyed on the necklace as it called to her and then she begins to wear wolf necklace on her neck which it begin to marked it and had Kathleen able to transform into a mutant golden wolf/werewolf.
