I sit patiently in my seat while I wait for the helicopter to land. Sitting with me was Director Nick Fury and Agent Maria Hill. Director Fury didn't want me to come with him to this facility because he felt it was too dangerous for me to go and that it was no place for a child to be in. The scientists at this facility have been doing some research on the Tesseract. It's a bright blue cube-looking thing with immense power. I don't think Fury wants me near it because the last time I was, my powers connected with it, and it almost knocked the whole building down. I had to beg Fury to let me come with him this time because last night, I had this awful feeling that something terrible was going to happen.

Sometimes I can feel things. I can't see into the future per se, but when I come into contact with someone or an object, I get this sixth sense that something is off. I always like to help people, but now and again, it gets me into trouble more times than I can count.

The helicopter finally lands, and the three of us step out. The facility was buzzing with commotion. The workers were getting evacuated, taking only the essentials. Awaiting us on the landing pad was Agent Phil Coulson.

I immediately ran over to Agent Coulson and hugged him, nearly knocking him over

I immediately ran over to Agent Coulson and hugged him, nearly knocking him over. "Whoa! Hey, kid. It's good to see you. It's been a while, huh?" Agent Coulson looks up at Fury with a questioning look, who nods.

"How bad is it?" Fury asks Agent Coulson.

"That's the problem, sir. We don't know." Agent Coulson replied. We enter the building using an elevator. "Dr. Selvig read an energy surge from the Tesseract four hours ago."

"NASA didn't authorize Selvig to go to test phase," Fury said.

"He wasn't testing it. He wasn't even in the room." Agent Coulson said. "Spontaneous event."

"It just turned itself on?" Maria said.

"Where are the energy levels now?" Fury asked.

"Climbing. When Selvig couldn't shut it down, we ordered evac." Agent Coulson said.
