The 1st semester was over and summer break was going on and which means plenty of days to rot on the bed! But you go UA High.... a school that doesn't give students a single break.
"What was I thinking going for UA High...?" You muttered as you stood with the other students.
"It can't be THAT bad y/n..." ikkyu rolled his eyes while seating on top of your head. "Oh trust me this is UA we are talking about.." you replied with a heavy sigh.
Unlike you, everyone else was buzzing with excitement about the training camp. "Oh, Y/N!" Mina grabbed your shoulder, a grin spreading across her face. "Think about the fireworks! The games! And the food!" She was practically bouncing with excitement.
"Food..?" You blinked, your mind drifting to all the delicious things you could eat at the camp. "Oh, now I'm thinking."
As if on cue, Uraraka started doing a little happy dance, singing, "Summer camp! Summer camp!" Mina and Kaminari quickly joined in, and before you knew it, you were quietly chanting along, "Summer food! Summer food!" The four of you were dancing around like goofballs, earning stares from the other students.
"You're such a pig, Y/N," Ikkyu teased, shaking his head from his perch on your head.
Before you could come up with a witty comeback, someone else cut in. "What? There are people in Class A taking extra classes?" Monoma from Class B sauntered over, hand on his head, smirking as he mocked your group.
His moment of mocking was short-lived, though, as Kendo swiftly karate-chopped him. The other students from Class B greeted you all warmly, and you returned the gesture.
"Honestly, they're so nice," you whispered to Ikkyu in a corner, who nodded in agreement. "Maybe it's Monoma who's the rotten fish," he whispered back, earning a quiet chuckle from you.
After greeting the students from Class B, you all headed to your bus.
You sighed dramatically, "The bus..." as you tried to avoid it, but Mina wasn't having any of that. She grabbed your arm with a playful grin and pulled you along.
"No escaping this time!" she laughed, dragging you to a seat beside her.
"Fine, fine," you said, trying not to laugh as you sat down. Ikkyu settled on your lap, already munching on his snacks.
"I was hoping for a nap," you joked, leaning back in your seat.
Mina just grinned. "Who needs naps when you've got friends to keep you awake?"
"Me"

Unlike what you thought, you were actually having a alot of fun in the bus, chatting with your classmates. "No fair! My outfit was the best" you whined as you and the girls were playing this new game called "dress to impress"

After about an hour, the bus finally came to a stop, and everyone eagerly got out to stretch their legs.
