The wolf glared at David with its furious red eyes and leaped towards him. David managed to dodge the attack. The wolf lunged again, and David, shouting, ran towards it and plunged the girl's sword into its stomach.

David held the sword steady, driving it deeper into the wolf's belly. The wolf writhed in agony, its eyes losing their anger and becoming less threatening.

After the struggle, David glanced around and saw Muffin near the girl. He tried to see her face, but her hair obscured it. David instructed Muffin to keep an eye on the wolf.

He approached the girl, her face hidden behind her long blonde hair. He glanced back at the injured wolf to check if Muffin was handling it well.

The girl was sitting against a tree, her face buried in her knees, her long blonde hair covering her actions.

David took a step towards her, but Muffin intervened, guiding him back to the wolf.

The wolf, now fully recovered, stood waiting for David. Despite its innocent appearance, its powerful voice could still intimidate anyone.

As David approached, the wolf lowered its gaze and bowed its head slightly. When David touched its head, a screen appeared in front of him.

David and Muffin then approached the girl, who remained in the same position. Unsure how to address her, David hesitantly said, "H...hello, miss," but received no response.

He asked Muffin to wake her, but Muffin refused. David broke a branch from a tree, cleaned it of spikes and leaves, and gently tapped her shoulder.

She slowly lifted her head, her eyes closed for a moment before opening them. Her beautiful blonde hair fell back, some strands framing her face, which she tucked behind her ear with her fingers.

Her sparkling blue eyes met David's intense black eyes, filled with determination. He extended his hand to her, and she placed both of her hands in his.

"Thank you for saving me," she said in her soft, adorable voice as she stood up and dusted herself off.

Hearing her voice, David blushed deeply. He didn't understand what was happening to him. His heart raced, he felt hot, and he couldn't take his eyes off her for a second.

Seeing her safe brought a gentle look to his eyes.

After a moment of hesitation, he asked for her name. She replied, "Sara. What's yours?"

Hearing her voice again, David felt butterflies in his stomach. He wiped his face from nose to chin and said, "Sara, that's a lovely name." He rubbed his head with his right hand, laughed a little, and introduced himself.
