held my results in your hand.
Dissapointment spread across your face.
I did do better but I guess my
'better' was just not 'good enough' for you.
When I saw my results I wanted to cry, because I did do my best , you just didn't notice.
Just like you didn't notice the inexplicable heartache you caused
when you said the words " do better" .
Cause the truth is
I did do ' better ' but my ' better ' was just not 'good enough ' for you.
