       𝓣he next day, Arabella got up late, it was around 11 am and she was still in her pajamas, but when she didn't see Sarah in the room, she changed her clothes for a more decent outfit, and went down to the kitchen to look for her friend.

After pouring herself a glass of water, she managed to talk to Wheezie, who told her that Sarah had gone out shopping at some store, surprisingly more than an hour ago.
Rafe soon joined the conversation; telling her that the blonde probably wouldn't come back any time soon, and that she could accompany him to Topper's house, where all the boys were.

The brunette hesitated for a moment, but since all her friends were there, she decided to go with the boy,—— she left a text message for Sarah so that when she saw it, she knew where she was going to be.

Upon arriving at Topper's house, the brunette followed Rafe to the 'gym',— meeting there, the owner of the house, along with Kelce, and the Esposito cousins.
They all greeted each other; the boys were kinda surprised that the girl had appeared with Rafe instead of Sarah.

The Beaulieu girl sat next to Alejandro while he was doing bench presses, watching how all his friends were also exercising listening the loud music that was playing; Kelce was lifting two dumbbells with a lot of weight, Topper arms on the bar, Lucas cable pulls and Rafe deadlifts.

"My mother thinks I sank my boat...although there is no way I did." Topper begins to complain, coming down from where he was hanging, "I mean, how? It's always my fault, no matter what." He continues, as he grabs his water bottle, turning to look to his friends,

"She just- She just wants me to be this little 'robot' that checks her boxes. You know what I mean? SAT prep? Oh. check. Serving food at the shelter? Check" He comments stressed, moving his hair back.
"I mean, I do—I literally do everything she wants, and I'm sick of it." Finally the Thornton boy says,

"I mean Topp, she's your mother, she's just a little demanding." Alejandro says,— leaving his weights aside to sit down.
"But we all know who sank the boat. It was that 'little geek', Pope." Kelce blurts out, supporting his friend, Arabella furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, "Pope Heyward? What are you talking about,— why would he do that?" She asks, not believing that the pogue boy had been able to ruin his friend's boat.

"Pope Heyward, yeah. Uh, Rafe if you wouldn't've jumped him on the golf course. I'd still have a boat." He said, looking at the blonde,—— but before the other boy could respond, the Beaulieu girl stood up from her seat even more confused, "What do you mean by 'jumped him'? Did you hit him?" The girl asks, now looking at Rafe, waiting for a clear and true answer.

"No, obviously not, he threatened us first and I gave him a warning, you know'— about the gun. Let me remind you that both you and Topper had it pointed at the head." The Cameron boy tries to excuse himself, making Arabella doubt whether to believe him completely or not,—— she knew that Rafe was violent and sometimes he didn't think things through, but she did not believe him capable of hitting a boy so much that he would want to sink Topp's boat,
Maybe Pope had overreacted and he was the one who couldn't handle his impulses.

"Listen to me, I am not the enemy here. Am I the enemy here?" Rafe asks the others, Kelce and Alejandro respond with a 'No' while Lucas stops exercising to better understand what they were saying, "I didn't sink the boat, Pope did." Rafe repeats to his friend
