𝓡afe grabbed a cotton ball and alcohol; placed a lock of Arabella's brown hair, which was covering her forehead, behind her ear, and began to disinfect the wound. 'Ouch' Was the girl's instant reaction, shuddering when she felt the contact.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry." The boy repeated, being now even more cautious.
Arabella was sitting at the sink in her bathroom, while Rafe was in front, almost at the same height as her.

Once the wound was cleaned, he grabbed some 'cream' and slowly placed it on the bruise. The Cameron boy paused for a moment, looking closely at what he had done to the girl, feeling remorse for having caused her so much harm,—— they both knew it had not been intentional, but they couldn't help but think about the next time he got angry, if she would be the one to try to stop him and if he wouldn't be able to stop again.

"I'm fine." The brunette assures him, looking into his eyes; knowing that his thoughts were consuming him.
The boy swallowed, and placed a band-aid over it.

He didn't say anything, not wanting to break the closeness they were in, instead he gently caressed her cheek,— feeling the soft, warm skin of the girl, of his Belly.
She closed her eyes, enjoying his touch, remembering when they were kids, when everything was less complicated.

3rd of July, 2021  "This song is beautiful!" Arabella giggles, spinning around in the middle of the room following the rhythm of the music; 'Shut up and Dance' by Walk the Moon plays on the speaker.

It was just another summer night at the Cameron's residence where— Rafe, Sarah, Kelce Topper, Arabella and Alejandro. The children of the richest families on the island were gathered,

The six were childhood friends, they had grown up together. and now, a bottle of whiskey had previously been stolen from Ward's office— and it was the first time that the fifteen-year-olds, Sarah and Arabella, had ever been drunk.

"Bell, I think you better sit down, you're going to get dizzy," Alejandro suggests laughing as-well, trying to convince her to stop spinning and jumping, but miserably failed.

The other boys were sitting on the couch enjoying the choreography her friend was creating, Topper was taking care of Sarah, who was starting to feel sick from the alcohol.

"She said— Shut up and dance with me!" Arabella continued singing, ignoring the previous recommendations of her friend, "This woman is my destiny!"

Alejandro finally gave in, as the green-eyed girl gently grabs his arm, forcing him to dance with her.

Without noticing that Rafe Cameron couldn't pull his eyes away from her,
He admired her from afar— her short wavy brown hair moving with the air, her white flowered dress that lifted slightly when she spun, her full smile as she enjoyed the music, which she accompanied with her sweet laugh

She had bewitched him without even realizing

"So, You like the princess?" Kelce whispers to Rafe, snapping him out of his thoughts by nudging him, finally getting his friend to stop looking at the girl and pay attention to his words.

"Beaulieu?" The blonde asks, and mocks that assumption, "She is my younger sister's friend—No." He tries to convince his friend and himself while he takes another sip from his glass.
Rafe returns his gaze to the brunette, watching her dance again, and trying to decipher if what Kelce had told him was true.
