Elly woke up on Thursday morning, feeling a bit more optimistic than she had earlier in the week. The previous day had been a challenge, but she was determined to make today different. She had taken extra precautions, wearing one of the new diapers she had ordered, hoping it would provide her with the security she needed to get through the day without any issues.

As she was getting ready for work, her phone buzzed with a text message. It was from Andy, and the sight of her name brought a smile to Elly's face.

"Hey, love! I've got some exciting news! Can't wait to tell you in person. Let's video chat tonight?"

Elly's heart fluttered with anticipation. Andy's arrival was just a few days away, and Elly was eager to see her again. She quickly typed out a reply, agreeing to the video chat, but a small part of her felt a twinge of anxiety. She still hadn't told Andy about her incontinence, and the closer Andy's arrival came, the more nervous she felt.

Shaking off her worries, Elly finished getting ready and headed to work. The day at the restaurant passed by relatively smoothly, and Elly found herself feeling more at ease. The new diaper gave her confidence, and she managed to stay dry throughout her entire shift. Even the occasional twinge of urgency didn't faze her; she was prepared.

As the day drew to a close, Elly was about to clock out when her manager, Karen, approached her.

"Elly, there's someone here to see you," Karen said, a curious look on her face.

Elly frowned, wondering who it could be. She wasn't expecting anyone. As she walked towards the front of the restaurant, her heart skipped a beat when she saw who was waiting for her.

It was Andy.

Elly's breath caught in her throat. Andy wasn't supposed to arrive for another four days, but there she was, standing in the doorway with a mischievous smile on her face.

"Surprise!" Andy exclaimed, stepping forward to hug Elly tightly. "I couldn't wait any longer, so I took an earlier flight."

Elly hugged Andy back, feeling a mix of joy and panic. She was thrilled to see Andy but completely unprepared for her early arrival. The thought of Andy finding out about her incontinence so soon filled her with dread.

As they pulled away from the hug, Andy looked at Elly with concern. "You okay? You seem a little tense."

Elly forced a smile, trying to hide her anxiety. "Yeah, just surprised, that's all! I wasn't expecting you so soon."

Andy grinned, taking Elly's hand. "Well, I'm here now. Let's go celebrate! I want to see your place, too."

Elly's mind raced as she led Andy to her car. She wasn't ready for this. Her apartment wasn't prepared, and she hadn't figured out how to navigate her condition with Andy around all the time. But as they drove back to her place, Elly pushed those thoughts aside. She would deal with it later. Right now, she just wanted to enjoy the moment with Andy.

When they arrived at the apartment, Elly quickly tidied up while Andy explored. She was grateful that she had kept the place relatively clean, but her heart skipped a beat when she remembered the pack of diapers she had left on her bed. She rushed into her bedroom, hoping Andy hadn't noticed.

To her relief, Andy was still in the living room, admiring the view from the window. Elly discreetly tucked the diapers into her closet, her heart pounding.

Andy turned around, smiling. "Your place is so cozy! I love it."

"Thanks," Elly replied, forcing herself to relax. "I'm glad you like it."

They spent the evening catching up, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. For a while, Elly managed to forget about her worries. But as the night went on, the fear of what might happen when Andy inevitably found out about her condition loomed in the back of her mind.

Eventually, Andy suggested they watch a movie, and they settled on the couch together. As the movie played, Elly found it harder and harder to focus. Her anxiety was building, and she couldn't shake the feeling that something was going to go wrong.

Halfway through the movie, Elly felt the familiar pressure in her bladder. She shifted uncomfortably, trying to ignore it, but it quickly became unbearable. She didn't want to get up and risk drawing attention to herself, but she knew she couldn't hold it much longer.

"Hey, I'm just going to use the bathroom real quick," Elly said, trying to sound casual as she stood up.

Andy nodded, her eyes still on the screen. "Sure, go ahead."

Elly hurried to the bathroom, her heart pounding. She barely made it in time, and as she relieved herself, she couldn't help but feel a wave of frustration. She had been doing so well all day, but the fear of having an accident in front of Andy was overwhelming.

When she returned to the living room, Andy looked at her with concern again. "You sure you're okay, Elly? You seem a little off tonight."

Elly forced another smile, sitting back down next to Andy. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a bit tired, I guess."

Andy didn't seem entirely convinced but let it go. They finished the movie, but Elly couldn't shake the anxiety that had settled in her chest.

As the night drew to a close, Andy gave Elly a warm hug. "I'm so happy to be here with you. I've missed you so much."

"I've missed you too," Elly replied, her voice tinged with guilt. She wanted to tell Andy the truth, but the words wouldn't come. Instead, she clung to the hope that she could keep her condition hidden a little longer.

Eventually, they both fell asleep on the couch. Elly woke up to Andy poking her and asking if she was hungry. Elly agreed, and Andy went into the kitchen to prepare a simple evening meal. When Elly stood up from the couch, she felt it—the familiar dampness. She had wet her diaper in her sleep while lying right next to Andy. Fortunately, Andy didn't seem to have noticed, so Elly rushed to the bathroom.

Unfortunately, she didn't keep her clean diapers there, so she cleaned herself up as quickly and thoroughly as she could using baby wipes before throwing the wet diaper in the trash.

At dinner, Elly and Andy had a great time. It almost felt like they hadn't just gone through three months without seeing each other. As they made their way to bed that evening, Elly began to worry. She hadn't had a chance to discreetly put on a diaper, and doing so right then would have been suspicious.

Eventually, she half-forgot about it and fell asleep in Andy's arms. She hadn't wet the bed that night, so there was no indication she would have another accident. Compared to the start of the week, she was actually doing much better.

No need to worry. Right?

How long should Elly keep this a secret from Andy? Or should she be forced to tell her because she won't be able to hide all her accidents anymore?
