michael studied himself in the mirror. it was exactly 4:45, and all the guests would be arriving in 15 minutes.

he had decided to wear something casual, since it was a laid back event. he was wearing his usual black skinny jeans, and a green day shirt, hoping it would spark some sort of conversation.

"Luke." he called.

"yeah?" Luke walked into michaels room, nothing but a towel hanging from his hips. Michael whipped around at him.

"why aren't you ready? what is going on?" he anxiously asked, staring at the almost naked Luke. Luke's hair was plastered onto his forehead. he had just gotten out of the shower.

"sorry, sorry, I didn't know we have to be ready right now Michael. calm down. this is going to be great." Luke patted michaels shoulder awkwardly. Michael glared and crossed his arms. then he looked away from his blonde best friend.

"just go- go put some clothes on alright? it's weird."

"yeah, yeah." Luke said, rolling his eyes. "I forgot. you're gay." Luke waved his hands up at the word gay.

Michael laughed. "go." he pushed gently on Luke's chest. Luke left the room, still giggling.

Michael looked back at the mirror, slightly flustered by Luke. he didn't know exactly what to think. was he just then attracted to Luke?

wouldn't anyone be in that moment. he thought to himself, shrugging the feelings off his shoulder and walking out the door to check on the pizza Michael had bought at papa murphys and stuck in the oven.

tonight was going to be great. nothing to worry about. he would see calum, and Luke would see Alex. he was a little worried about Ashton, calums friend, but he new cal would stick up for him.
