"Why yes, they are things that could help you on your journey. But be careful, you only have a limited amount of these items...so don't just waste them. You can't predict what will happen in the future."

Caitlin showed Cole something that was wrapped, it looked like a flag. What was surprising was that unlike the map, the flag was kept in good condition. Cole was a little confused on why Caitlin was giving him a flag. "Is this just some ehm...flag? If so, how's that supposed to help me against someone who has magical powers?"

"When you show a certain side of this flag to anyone giving you danger...it will scare them. It will scare them so much that they will freeze, and will run away. But be careful not to look at the flag side itself...because if you do...you will see things that you wish you hadn't. So don't use The Fear Flag too much...do you understand?"

Cole slowly nodded and was taught how to extend the flag and how to put it away in his bag, he said nothing during all of this. "Okay...that's useful...what else do you have?"

Caitlin slowly showed a closed cup filled with gumballs, there was a special glove with the cup. "These are Disintegration Gumballs...you only take them out using this glove...if you don't use the glove or eat them...you will disintegrate...so try not to eat them."

"Okay so be careful with them...got it...what about the other things?"

There were four other items, Caitlin showed Cole a bottle that was empty. "You're giving me an empty bottle with nothing inside? How's that supposed to help me?"

"You don't notice, but there's invisible milk in here. Whoever drinks it...will be invisible for some time, the more you drink of it...the more you'll be invisible. But know that you could run out, and if that happens...know that the bottle will change color."

Cole nodded and put the bottle of invisible milk in his satchel, he saw Caitlin pull out a tied up rose. The rose looked beautiful, but he wondered why the rose was tied up with a bowtie.

"What's with the bowtie on the rose?" Cole asked curiously

"That is a Red Winged Rose, if you smell it and let the rose free...it will go and fly to the person you want to give love to...a very effective way to have an enemy leave you or convince a friend you like them. But remember to have your priorities straight. I only have one for you...so use it wisely."

"Well don't worry about that...I wouldn't ehm...yeah."

Cole stuttered as he put the Red Winged Rose in his satchel, he saw as there were two more items; one was what seemed to be a pair of dice, the other was a silver ring.

Caitlin picked up the dice and put them in Cole's hand. "These are Magic Dice...you can roll them as many times as you want...each combination gives out an attack, something that can hurt your enemy. But be careful, if you roll it too much and get snake eyes...lightning will try and strike you." Caitlin said menacingly.

Cole sweat nervously when hearing that, he slowly put the magic dice in his satchel. He used a handkerchief he found to wipe away the sweat from his hands and forehead; he put it in his pocket as Caitlin showed him the final item. "Now this is The Ring Of Light. You can put it on either of your index fingers, all you have to do is flick with that finger and point. A light will come from your finger...but don't point or wear the ring for too long. The ring gets hot and can burn your finger off. But if you harness your concentration, light won't be the only thing you emit."

She also taught Cole how to use the Ring Of Light; Cole seemed to understand it. He eventually had all the items in his bag, making sure that no items would get misplaced or destroyed in any way. He slowly looked up at Caitlin, adjusting his glasses; he smiled while looking up. "Th- thank you so much...this is really ehm...generous of you."
