Chapter 6

Alia POV

I went to the shop early in the morning to start baking the cakes because I’ll be leaving early later and will leave the shop key with Shanian so that she can close the shop.

I’m in the baking room to prepare two flavors of cake. Someone placed a last-minute order, and I didn’t want to refuse because I didn’t want to miss out on the earnings. It’s only 10 a.m., so there’s still plenty of time to complete the order.

It’s 3 p.m. and I’m ready to leave the shop. I said goodbye to Shanian and handed over the key. “Hey, bebe, here’s the key to the shop. I’ll leave it to you. Take care of things here, okay?” I said.

"ah okay ate Alia, enjoy your date yieee" she teasingly said, "it's a friendly dinner date only sha not a date" I said. "sus ate Alia, you can't fool me" she replied.

"walang kami noh" I said. "sige sige sabi mo eh, sige na bye" she said. "ikaw na bahala dito huh, sige na bye na" I said and she nodded.

I headed out as I still needed to prepare myself. I tend to take my time preparing myself, so I was worried that Micah might arrive before I finished getting ready.

I arrived at the Condo and immediately took a shower, after I finished taking a shower I dried my hair first because I was going to curl my hair to look more presentable.

After curling my hair, I applied makeup but didn’t get dressed because I didn’t want my clothes to get dirty while doing my makeup.

I finished getting ready, so I put on my dress right away. I’m wearing a white silky dress today. I immediately liked it because it suited me well.

It’s already 4:30 p.m., so I’m just waiting for Micah to message me. She texted earlier that she was on her way.

I put some perfume and went down from the condo, I decided to wait for her in the lobby so she wouldn't have to go up to the building.

Micah POV

I was getting close to Alia's condo and I saw a message from her saying that she should wait for me in her lobby so that I don't have to go up to her condo.

I'm wearing a black suit and it fits my body shape, I wasn't wearing a tie so I decided to remove half of the buttons.

I arrived at Alia's Condo, I immediately got out of the car to open the door for Alia. I was stunned because of the white silky dress she was wearing, she's so stunning.

"hi ali, you're so gorgeous tonight." I said. "thankyouu, you're also handsome in what you're wearing" she said. "I'm so lucky to have a friendly date with you." I said, "So let's go, baka traffic na later." I added.

I opened the door for Alia and went inside the car. While we were on the way she suddenly asked me, "where are we going to have dinner, Micah?" she said. "secret, it's a surprise, I'm sure you'll like it there." I replied, "also I have something to tell you later." I added.

Around 7p.m. we arrived where I decided to have dinner. I rented a cruise ship because I knew Alia would like it and the weather was nice so I thought of taking Alia here.

"We're here Ali, close your eyes please." I said. I got out of my car and opened the door for her, I also put my hands on her eyes and we started walking towards the cruise ship.

I removed my hands from covering her eyes, "open your eyes ali" I said. She opened her eyes, and she was amazed at what she was seeing now. You can see around the beautiful buildings and their lights hitting the sea water.
