Joshua sat comfortably on sofa, rewinding everything which happened at the Lee Family. He was sure that the Cousins of Lee Seokmin were definitely not fond of him. It was not a big deal until he saw no emotions in Seokmin's eyes, he looked at him with eyes devoid of emotion. The gaze itself threw cold water on Joshua's hope of a loving married life.
Seokmin wasn't interested, it was written all over his face.
"What happened?? Why are you looking at the wall like it's the most beautiful thing you have ever seen??" Jeonghan asked, breaking his reverie. Joshua looked at his bestfriend as well roommate for time being.
"Jeonghan, my future husband Dislike me." He said and looked at his friend for some comfort, though it was his biggest mistake for expecting something like that.
"Let me guess, you opened your stupid mouth and said something outrageous. Because their is no way that guy will end up disliking you this easily, i mean it was foreseen for future but guess he is really smart to see through you so fastly." Jeonghan concluded while Joshua just shot a menacing glare at him. His bestfriend Was his biggest Enemy. Period.
"Definitely not, i even talked in English to give my best impression but he was more Interested in the empty sky." Joshua fired back denying all the allegations, trying to remember his every action which might have hurt the younger or gave wrong idea. Why would he look at him like that?? The eyes held no emotions, it was totally empty like the sky which he was gazing at.
Joshua hated that feeling, Was Seokmin looking at the Sky because he found it similar to himself?? Totally Empty. Joshua's heart shuddered with his thoughts. "No, think positive. You can't come to any conclusion like this." Joshua mumbled to himself.
The idea of Seokmin being devoid of emotion was scary, why will He even be like that.?? Though Joshua discarded those thoughts but unknown to him, he hit the nail with the idea.
"Since, you have dated quite a lot of time, can you give me some idea??" Joshua asked Jeonghan who was now looking at his Phone and maybe texting his new boyfriend.
"Of course, i have quite a lot of experience and sorry— my new boyfriend said that contacting with your ex boyfriend is a red flag so from this moment, we are Stranger Joshua Hong." Jeonghan said nonchalantly and began texting once again. Joshua looked at his bestfriend who happened to have some "history" with him as well. It was his biggest mistake that he dated him, fortunately they broke up in two weeks.
"Those two weeks were the darkest days of my life." Joshua mumbled as he remembered those days, chills ran down behind his spine and he glared at Jeonghan once again.
"I'm serious Jeonghan, help me. Dating you was mistake. We are over it already and doing great. So, let's forget it and focus on how to impress my future husband." Joshua tried to make Jeonghan understand his problem, he knew if not Jeonghan no one can help him. It was ridiculous how his hopes were crushed brutally yet he wanted to try and make this marriage work. He hated this business alliance as well, though he can't let this marriage go waste, he wanted it to be real and with no Selfish desires. He wanted the hearts to be Interwined instead of shares and deals.
"See, I will just say— take him out and talk with him, find what he like? What he dislike?, be his friend first, you can't just go around and start acting like a lovesick husband out of nowhere." Jeonghan said lazily. He wasn't in mood to give Advise but since his bestfriend was so fixated at making the Marriage work, he can't help but give some of his wise advise.
Joshua hummed as the heaviness of situation sank in. He need to be patience. Seokmin was different, he Liked the Younger At first sight. The Younger was just too perfect, even the way he Sat by his side, it was graceful. Joshua couldn't help but watch him, his each actions were controlled and calculated and came with defined elegance.
His distinguish personality and the calmness while he spoke, was amusing. He made everything looked so easy. Even when he talked very less, Joshua was left in awe. His voice was Euphonious. He was drawn towards him in a way he never imagined to be. Above the fact, it was their first meeting. Joshua scolded himself internally. He need to get a grip and don't let his horses ran away like that without any Direction.

Next morning.
Joshua was awake on time, he sat in dinning area alone. Jeonghan was still sleeping, nothing new. The tasty breakfast was being ignored while Joshua tried framing a perfect message to send to Seokmin. A message which won't sound so desperate but show that he cares and is Trying to make this thing work.
After forty five minutes of typing and backspacing, he finally framed a message.
Joshua : I know it's sudden but will you go out for a dinner with me tonight?? Only if you are free.
Joshua : oh, by the way this is Joshua Hong. I got your number From my assistant. I hope you know that our family made this & file send it to us, so we can know eachother in better way.
Joshua bit his lips as he saw the messages were read by the opposite party, it didn't take long before the "typing..." Started showing in his phone. He waited eagerly for Seokmin's response and here it was. His heart stopped beating as the anticipated message arrived.
Seokmin: you didn't read the file??
Joshua frowned and typed again.
Joshua: I did.
Seokmin: Read it again, everything about me is written there. There is nothing else you need to know.
Joshua frowned. This wasn't what he expected.
Joshua : What if I want to know About your favourite colour, favourite food, favourite movie??
Joshua waited and the reply came shortly, once again.
Seokmin : i suggest you to see an eye specialist at this point because everything is written there. Read again.
Joshua almost cursed as he read the message. Those were also written.??. He questioned himself and went back to his room, he need to see that file again. Seokmin must be joking. When Joshua finally found the file, he turned the pages and literally found every single details about Seokmin was written clearly. How the hell did he miss this?? He was lost in thoughts when his phone started vibrating once again. He looked at his phone and saw several notifications.
Seokmin: (attached a file) Here you go if you can't find it. Read it and I believe you will get to know me more with this.
Joshua : Are You not interested in knowing me then, my file didn't contain such information.??
Seokmin: i don't want to Trouble you, you can make a new File and send it to me.
Joshua : First fact# i Hate texting and I feel like talking face to face is better.
Seokmin: Where would you like to meet??
Joshua almost squealed in happiness. Finally he wasn't rejected with so many attempts and Seokmin gave in. ________________________________________
