Chapter 8 : Looking after The sick Person.

As the duo settled in Living Room, an awkward silence accompanied them. Joshua felt it was Suffocating, His eyes moved from Luxurious furnitures to Seokmin, he was playing with the long sleeves of his Baby blue T-shirt and a Shorts which was quite shorter than his imagination. This was totally Different side of his, Joshua Shook his head before turning his head to other side. The Younger was processing the situation and maybe even Cursing him internally.

He saw Seokmin Trying to say something but Stopped and again Looked down only to play with the hem of his long sleeves. That seems more interesting to him.

After a heavy silence which was starting to suffocate Jisso, he finally broke it.

"You look cute." And just as the words left his mouth, he cursed himself internally. Seokmin frowned and looked at him, did he heard something wrong?

"Pardon??" He tilted his head in confusion and this made him Look even more cuter, his brown hairs were not set perfectly, they looked messily adorable and how some locks falling down on his forehead.

"Uhmm.. you.. you looks cute." Joshua said while pointing at Seokmin and he nodded in daze and mumbled a small thankyou.

"As well sorry for coming here without informing you, i wasn't able to connect you with a call." Joshua said.

"Maybe that was what I wanted." Seokmin said shocking both of them, he hurriedly covered his mouth.

Joshua raised his eyebrows and sighed at the Younger's remark.

"I was worried, I didn't know what got into me but I wanted to make sure that you are fine. I know my actions weren't right." He admitted and apologised once again and Seokmin shook his head.

"I am sorry, it seems I'm still not Okay, I didn't mean to say that or come rudely. I should...." Seokmin non Stop explanation was cut off in between, he was looking so desperate to take those words back but the damage was already done. He was thinking that Joshua would lash out at him or more worse call him some ill-mannered brat.

"Seokmin, I'm sorry. Don't make me more guilty by this. You are right. I crossed the line anyway." Joshua said emphasizing every word clearly and Seokmin sat in silence. Seeing that younger was still Lost, he thought to change the Topic.

"I came here all the way after provoking Jihoon, you should give me some consolation and eat this soup and then tell me how exactly you fell sick. You were fine last night." Joshua said and Seokmin was glad to hear that from him.
He saw how Joshua moved to pick up the paper bag and take out a container and few tiffin boxes, they were packed With care and looked homemade.

"Jihoon gave you my address, how are you still alive?? And by chance did you take trouble to cook for me??" Seokmin asked, with Joshua it was easy to find several topics to talk.

"Yeah, I did cook for you because I felt it's important to eat homemade food when you are sick. This soup will make you feel good and others are also some light food, good for your health." Joshua said while serving Seokmin with his usual smile, he added again after he settled down again on the sofa. "if you think your hyung can intimidate me, you are wrong. I can deal with him very easily and for your surprise, i tested his patience very wisely."  Joshua exclaimed with a smug look and Seokmin rolled his eyes. The man was surely something.

"Be aware for next time, I don't want to deal with another corpse." Seokmin said while Joshua looked at him with his eyes widened in shock.

"You aren't going to side with me in future, how can you do that to your future husband.??" He asked dramatically while Seokmin let out a hearty chuckle.

" My brothers came before you in my life." He explained.

"I will stay with you until death apart us." He said while Seokmin's movement halted, the spoon froze in mid air as he processed the statement, sometimes the man was so Crazy to say something like that. Seokmin sighed and drank the soup again while Joshua patiently waited for younger to say something.

"You are so good at flirting."

"Did It make your heart flutter??" Joshua asked.

"I almost choked on my soup, is this enough??" Joshua made a sound of Disappointment by clicking his tongue.

"I will try harder next time." He said and Seokmin shook his head once again.

"Though Why were you sick?? Don't tell me you have any terminal illness.??" Joshua asked assuming something so worse.

"I guess, it will be lifetime now. Since I got a migraine and my future husband is doing nothing good for that but adding another reason to intensify it with his cliche pick up lines." Seokmin said Playfully while Joshua pretended to be hurt while clutching his chest dramatically making Seokmin laugh with his antics.

Joshua was happy that he decided to pay a visit to younger, maybe this was the place where Seokmin stay true to himself. Even if things were awkward in beginning but he came around easily. This was his sanctuary and Joshua vowed to protect it. His eyes twinkled with happiness, he was seeing the new side of Younger and hoped it should be reserve for him only.

It was cute.
Joshua was happy.
Seokmin was laughing and being himself.
