Chapter 12 : The real Problem.

That late night call was definitely not last, Seokmin being away from the Suffocating grip of his father couldn't help but let himself drown in Joshua's warmth, he found himself finding the reason to call and text Joshua frequently and never missing the chance to tease the elder.

He laughed as he remembered how he called the elder when he was in middle of an important meeting and the elder hold the meeting only to chat with him. Soonyoung kept notifying these details to Minghao and he happened to tell it to  Seokmin. The chain was amusing.

"And Then Minghao got the direction wrong, we both were stuck like it was a maze. Thankfully an old lady helped us back to railway station, he wanted me to show a simple life style but guess he was worse than me." Seokmin recited about the funny incident from his college life and joshua couldn't help but laugh at the silliness of the boys.

"It wasn't just that, after that we missed the stop and reached to an entirely different place, it was midnight and when we decided to find a place to stay, we met a group of goons. I was really scared but Minghao was ready to show his martial art off, i did helped him as well by knocking one person out but police came at the scene, then we ended up there. I was too scared to call dad so we did called Jihoon, he was so shocked but later his mom Meddled in it and dismissed the case and saved us." Seokmin finally ended the traumatizing story with a sigh. Joshua processed the situation before bursting out in laughter.  The duo were insane, Minghao never told them this dark history and now he got another thing to tease the younger about.

"I actually thought, it would be me and Jeonghan who would end up in police station because my friend here is living trouble but guess you and Minghao were no less." Joshua said with Amusement.

"It was all his fault but later he blamed me for it , saying i was dumb and Spoiled." Seokmin sighed and Joshua chuckled.

"When Jeonghan found that senior was the son of professor who failed him intentionally, he decided this revenge plan and dated the senior for a month only to annoy the professor and even occassionally called him father in law. He was so shameless and gave enough hope before breaking that guys heart mercilessly. He is surely not someone you should cross." Seokmin chuckled.

"Later when he really fell for someone, like for real— that person happened to be Brother of a girl he dated for a week." Joshua sighed.

"And Truthfully he still like him but don't have enough guts to go after him, it was so Crazy with him LA and when he decided to came back here after studies, it was for giving up on him but his fate was so good— the man owns the hospital where Jeonghan works.
They meet every month and jeonghan tells him about his new boyfriend everytime." Joshua ended the Twisted plot of Jeonghan's love story and Seokmin couldn't help but laugh at that. Man was surely something.
Instead of going after guy, he was making a record in dating new guy evry day.

It became an unspoken Routine for the duo, it was peaceful to have someone who hears about everything without judging and then comforting you.
Seokmin found the Twisted knots loosening, his heart was at more ease.
The facade of perfection was still there for outsiders but with Joshua he can be himself, he let his guards down and accepted the fate. He decided to take it slows. Without even his own Knowledge, he let Joshua see some sides which he never knew existed inside him. He was so busy to care about those but now when he gave himself little break, he saw himself in new light.

The days  passed in blink.
Seokmin was nervous when he sat in the private jet, he was having second thoughts. The marriage was going to take place in next 8 hours, his heart almost reached in his throat as he started thinking about it. He was going to share a roof with Joshua, it wasn't just roof but same bedroom, same space and– he was afraid, he was losing his mind. He never knew what Joshua wanted from him but as he was near his home, he was thrown inside the darkness which never vanished. It became more Suffocating.
Joshua will be his husband, Seokmin's eyes turned red. His mother wasn't here to comfort him. Would she be happy to see him getting married with someone he don't love?? He was sure that he liked Joshua at some extent but love was totally out of box. It was myth.

Love brings pain, his mother fell for a monster like his father. The same blood runs inside him.
Seokmin gulped, he was hopping for something which can disappoint him like usual.

Seokmin shook his head.
No, Joshua was different. He won't harm him. Not yet at least. He fought hardly with his inner voice. The journey back to hotel was devastating, thankfully when he reached the hotel he was welcomed by Minghao. He embraced him instantly when he saw him such state.

It wasn't long until Minghao dragged him to his designated floor and room. The workers never stopped him, busy with the preparation of a lavish wedding.

"Minghao... I.. i can't." He said when they finally entered the room, away from all the scary noises and negativity. Minghao just embraced him as tightly as he could, he was feeling sad to see his friend in that condition but couldn't do anything. He remembered, he found Seokmin first in the same vulnerable stable few years ago, the boy never changed But got worse with time in the web of perfection and expectations.

"Take deep breathe Seokmin." He Mumbled and guided his friends like before and Seokmin followed like always, it was working.

"He is too good for me." Seokmin mumbled and Minghao Sighed.

"You are too good for him as well." Minghao assured.

"Minghao..."

"You never loved me right??" The quest hung in air, shocking both.
Seokmin bit his lips, he was going to ruin everything.

Minghao broke the hug and sighed while Looking at his once s boyfriend but now Ex-boyfriend.

"I should be the one asking this to you Seokmin." He said with pain in his eyes and Seokmin couldn't help but feel more guilty, he really broke the younger in worst way. He won't be able to forgive himself for abruptly breaking up and then moving on without looking behind.

Minghao was too good for him as well.

Now it was Joshua.

Seokmin realised, it was never them but the real problem was him.
